    摘要: A scroll compressor includes: a shell; a compression mechanism unit accommodated in the shell and defining a compression chamber, the compression mechanism unit having a discharge port through which a discharge chamber and the compression chamber communicate with one another; a discharge valve mechanism that opens and closes the discharge port. The discharge valve mechanism includes a valve seat provided on an outlet portion of the discharge port and a valve and closes the valve seat when sitting on the valve seat. The valve seat includes an annular portion serving as an edge of an opening of the outlet portion and a valve supporting portion that is provided in a region surrounded by the inner circumference of the annular portion and divides the opening of the outlet portion into plural valve seat holes. The valve is in contact with at least a portion of the valve supporting portion and with the annular portion, when sitting on the valve seat.

    摘要: A compressor provided with an oil stabilizing member capable of preventing oil stored in an oil storage space from being scattered is provided. A compressor may include a closed container provided with an inlet port and an outlet port, a compression unit configured to compress refrigerant introduced into an inside the closed container through the inlet port, a driving unit configured to provide a driving force to drive the compression unit, a rotating shaft configured to deliver the driving force to the compression unit, an oil storage space formed at a lower portion of an inside the closed container and configured to store a predetermined oil to come into contact with one end portion of the rotating shaft, and an oil stabilizing member installed so as to move along a surface of oil formed at the oil storage space, thereby preventing the oil from being scattered and thus released through the outlet port, wherein the oil stabilizing member floating on the surface of the oil prevents oil from being scattered upward according to operation of the compressor.

    摘要: A method includes determining a pressure difference across a scroll compressor of a cooling system. The pressure difference is compared to a minimum differential pressure value. Pressure differences across the scroll compressor that are less than the minimum differential pressure value are associated with unloading the scroll compressor. Parameters including a pressure set point value and an absolute minimum pressure value are increased when the pressure difference is less than the minimum differential pressure value. Subsequent to the increasing of the parameters, the parameters are decreased when the pressure difference is greater than a sum of the minimum differential pressure value and a hysteresis value.
