Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor comprising a light source and a light sensor, an ultrasonic device, at least one processor operatively connected to the PPG sensor and the ultrasonic device, and a memory operatively connected with the at least one processor. The memory may store one or more instructions which, when executed, cause the at least one processor to acquire a PPG signal based on light detected by the light sensor, and control the operation of the ultrasonic device on the basis of an index value indicating the quality of the PPG signal.

The user equipment is further configured to receive the first control channel and perform channel estimation for the first network, taking into account the first reference signal that has been punctured.
