Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract of Pseudolysimachion genus plant, and the catalpol derivatives isolated therefrom having anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-asthmatic activity. The extract of Pseudolysimachion genus plant and the catalpol derivatives isolated therefrom shows potent suppressing effect on elevated IgE, IL-4 and IL-13 levels and eosinophilia in the plasma and BALF, and mucus overproduction in the lung tissues in an OVA-induced asthmatic mouse model. Therefore, it can be used as the therapeutics or functional health food for treating and preventing inflammatory, allergic and asthmatic disease.

Abstract: A water meter integrated water treatment apparatus. At least one coil spring is disposed inside at least one of water pipes which are connected to both sections of a water meter. The coil spring is in close contact with an inner diameter surface of the water pipe. At least two magnets are disposed inside and in close contact with an inner diameter surface of the coil spring. An interval is formed between the magnets in a longitudinal direction of the water pipe. The inner diameter surface of the water pipe, the coil spring and the magnets are in close and sealing contact with each other, thereby forming a water passage through which water flows. Tap water that is to be introduced into a building through the water meter can be magnetized (ionized).
