摘要: A controller controls the solenoid-operated variable pressure relief valves that are provided to control, at set pressures that can be electrically commanded, pressure of hydraulic oil fed to an attachment cylinder. The controller is provided with a control logic that is capable of controlling the aforementioned solenoid-operated variable pressure relief valves. The control logic performs the aforementioned calculation by compensating for pressure override characteristics of each solenoid-operated variable pressure relief valve based on input signals related to the set relief pressure for and a relief valve passing flow rate of the solenoid-operated variable pressure relief valve, and outputting to the solenoid-operated variable pressure relief valve command signals related to the adjusted set relief pressure resulting from the compensation of the pressure override characteristics.

摘要: A work machine equipped with an automatic hammering function is capable of preventing breakage of the hammer caused by blank firing. Hydraulic oil fed to a hydraulic breaker at the distal end of a work machine is controlled by first and second spools. Operating an operation lever so as to contract single rod type boom cylinders to press the hydraulic breaker against an object to be crushed. Head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are respectively detected by pressure sensors. Any one of switches is used to switch the mode of automatic hammering operation between an automatic hammering inhibiting mode and an automatic hammering authorizing mode. In the automatic hammering authorizing mode, a controller controls the first and second spools of the hydraulic breaker so as to open them only when head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are in a given range of pressing force.

摘要: A hydraulic pump driven by an engine, a hydraulic actuator, and a negative control circuit are provided on an open center hydraulic circuit, for guiding the hydraulic pressure in the center bypass to the hydraulic pump, as a negative control pressure. A negative control pressure control device controls the negative control pressure to an arbitrary value is also provided. The pump characteristic of the hydraulic pump is set such that the discharge flow rate is minimized when the negative control pressure in the negative control circuit is equal to or greater than a first predetermined pressure. Furthermore, an idling detection device that detects whether the hydraulic actuator is in a non-operated state or not is provided. The negative control pressure is forcefully controlled to the first predetermined pressure or higher when the non-operating state is detected.

摘要: A planetary gear reduction system has a sun gear, a plurality of planet gears, a ring gear, and a planet carrier. The planet carrier has a first plate supporting one ends of planet shafts supporting the planet gears, a second plate supporting the other ends of the planet shafts, and a cylindrical drum connecting the first and second plates. The first plate has first portions supporting the one ends of the planet shafts; second portions connecting the first plate to the drum, the first and second portions being provided alternately in a circumferential direction; first cutouts each defined between the neighboring first and second portions, the first cutouts each extending radially inwardly from a circumferential edge thereof to a position adjacent a circle passing centers of the planet shafts; and second cutouts each defined radially inward of the second portion and between the neighboring two first portions, the second cutouts each extending radially inwardly from a first region outside the circle and a second region inside the circle.

摘要: A planetary reduction gear apparatus has a sun gear having external teeth; planetary gears, each having external teeth and configured to be meshed with the sun gear; planetary shafts, each being a rotation shaft of the planetary gear; a ring gear having internal teeth and configured to be meshed with the planetary gears; and a planetary carrier including an annular base plate and an annular back plate. The planetary carrier supports the planetary shafts between the annular base plate and the annular back plate and determines a relative position between planetary gears. The annular base plate is integrally formed with one end of the planetary shaft to support the one end. The annular back plate supports the other end of the planetary shaft. At least one of the planetary shaft and the planetary carrier has lower stiffness in its part adjacent to the one end of the planetary shaft than stiffness of its part adjacent to the other end thereof.
