Abstract: A high-pressure unit (HPU) skid includes one or more hydraulic pumps, a grease pump, a hydraulic reservoir, and two or more accumulators all mounted on a portable frame. The HPU skid also includes fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to an output of the grease pump and fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to an output of at least one of the two or more accumulators. The accumulators are configured to close at least one of the one or more valves using a charged pressure. The HPU skid further includes fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to at least one of the one or more hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pumps are configured to withdraw hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic reservoir for charging the accumulators, operating the grease pump, charging the accumulators and operating the grease pump at a same time, or operating one or more valves.

Abstract: A hydraulic system for an aircraft having an engine and an auxiliary power unit includes a first hydraulic subsystem including a first hydraulic pump and a first set of hydraulic-powered components in fluid communication with the first hydraulic pump. The first hydraulic pump is powered by the engine to pump shared hydraulic fluid to the first set of hydraulic-powered components. The second hydraulic pump is powered by the auxiliary power unit to pump the shared hydraulic fluid to the second set of hydraulic-powered components. A shared return line subsystem and reservoir is in fluid communication with the first and second hydraulic subsystems to return the shared hydraulic fluid to the first and second hydraulic pumps.

Abstract: A control system for a construction machine maintains operability of a swing combined operation even when the power supplied from an engine or storage device varies. The control system includes a target path computation section that receives an operation amount of the front implement operation device, an operation amount of the swing operation device, a speed of the front implement drive unit detected, and an angular speed of the swing structure drive unit, and that computes a target path of a claw tip position of the front implement drive unit; and an actuator power computation section that regulates power supplied to the front implement drive unit or the swing structure drive unit in such a manner that a claw tip of the front implement drive unit follows the target path the front implement operation device and the swing operation device are operated simultaneously.

Abstract: A control system for controlling a work machine including a working unit including elements and actuators that drives the elements includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump each of which supplies operating oil to at least one of the actuators; and a control device that calculates a distribution flow rate of operating oil distributed to each of the actuators based on an operating state of the working unit and switches, based on the calculated distribution flow rate, between a first state in which the operating oil supplied from both the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the actuators and a second state in which the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the first hydraulic pump is different from the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the second hydraulic pump.

Abstract: A robotic device may traverse a path in a direction of locomotion. Sensor data indicative of one or more physical features of the environment in the direction of locomotion may be received. The implementation may further involve determining that traversing the path involves traversing the one or more physical features of the environment. Based on the sensor data indicative of the one or more physical features of the environment in the direction of locomotion, a hydraulic pressure to supply to the one or more hydraulic actuators to traverse the one or more physical features of the environment may be predicted. Before traversing the one or more physical features of the environment, the hydraulic drive system may adjust pressure of supplied hydraulic fluid from the first pressure to the predicted hydraulic pressure.
