Abstract:
Provided are a method for evaluating a kneading state in which a change in physical properties of a kneading material can be grasped in an internal mixer including tangential rotors, a kneader, and a kneading adjustment method capable of obtaining desired kneading characteristics. The method for evaluating a kneading state is an evaluation method in an internal mixer 1 including a pair of tangential rotors connected by a pair of gears and rotated at different speeds by driving of an electric motor, in which the gears have the numbers of teeth of different integers that are not prime to each other, and spectrum analysis is performed on the basis of a kneading parameter detected at the time of kneading by sensors 10 and 11 included in the internal mixer 1 to evaluate a change in a predetermined frequency component.
Abstract:
A horizontally positioned cylindrical fixed barrel is provided with barrel side supply ports for a rubber bale, the barrel side supply ports being disposed on a pair of barrel walls of the cylindrical fixed barrel, and an ejection port for a rubber cut piece disposed on a lower part of the barrel, and an in-barrel rotary member which rotates while being in internal contact with the cylindrical fixed barrel is provided with an inner supply ports which receive the rubber bale when they oppose the barrel side supply port as the in-barrel rotary member makes a half turn. A rotary blade for cutting the rubber bale which is fed is disposed on the rim of the inner supply port and the receiving blade which opposes the rotary blade is disposed on the rim of the barrel side supply port, and rubber bale supplying mechanisms for supplying the rubber bale to be cut to the barrel side supply port by holding the rubber bale from the upper and lower sides of the rubber bale are disposed on the outside of the barrel side supply port of the cylindrical fixed barrel.
Abstract:
A method and device are provided for lifting and conveying bale rubber from a pallet. The method may include rotationally driving a plurality of claws about a support shaft inside a claw housing case and gripping the bale rubber by protruding the plurality of claws from the case and piercing the plurality of claws into the upper surface of the bale rubber while the case is abutted against the bale rubber. A contact sensor may be provided for detecting contact of the case with the bale rubber, and with a contact signal thereof, a grip safety mechanism of the drive mechanism is disabled to allow the claws to be driven. Furthermore, a press sensor that detects a pressing load applied to the transfer place of the bale rubber may be provided so as to provide a release safety mechanism that allows gripping of the bale rubber to be released.
