    Abstract: A magnetic core, containing metal magnetic powder and resin, in which a content of the metal magnetic powder satisfies 60%≤(A1/A2)≤90%. The metal magnetic powder includes small particles having the Heywood diameter of 1 μm or less in the cross section of the magnetic core and large particles having the Heywood diameter of 5 μm or more and less than 40 μm. An edge-to-edge distance regarding to a distance between the small particles satisfies 5≤((L1av/dav)×100)≤70. An edge-to-edge distance regarding to a distance between the small particles and the large particles satisfies 0.02 μm≤L2av≤0.13 μm and σ≤0.25 μm.

    Abstract: Provided is a soft magnetic metal powder including a plurality of soft magnetic metal particles. Each of the soft magnetic metal particles includes a metal particle and an oxidized part covering the metal particle. The metal particle includes at least Fe. The oxidized part includes at least one kind of element of S and an element M. The element M is at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ta, W, Zr, Hf, and Cr. A unit of a concentration of each of S and the element M in the metal particle and the oxidized part is atom %. The concentration of S or the element M in the metal particle and the oxidized part has a maximum value in the oxidized part.

    Abstract: A magnetic core and the like having a stable soft magnetic property, including a plurality of soft magnetic layers which are laminated, wherein a crack is formed in the soft magnetic layers. The soft magnetic layers include Fe as a principal component. The soft magnetic layers include a composition formula (Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c+d+e+f))MaBbPcSidCeSf, wherein: X1 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, N, and O and rare-earth elements, M is one or more selected from the group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, V, and W; and a to f and α and β are in predetermined ranges.     Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy powder comprises a component having a compositional formula ((Fe(1−(α+β))CoαNiβ)(1−γ)X1γ)(1−(a+b+c+d+e))BaPbSicCdCre in atomic ratio. X1 comprises at least one selected from specific elements. Values of a, b, c, d, e, α, β, and γ of the compositional formula satisfy specific ranges. The soft magnetic alloy powder comprises soft magnetic alloy particles including soft magnetic alloy particles having a particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less. An average Wadell's circularity of the soft magnetic alloy particles having the particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less is 0.75 or more. A variance of Wadell's circularity of the soft magnetic alloy particles having the particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less is 0.035 or less.

    Abstract: An inductor includes a magnetic core portion and a coil portion. The magnetic core portion is a multilayer film in which a nanogranular magnetic film and a soft magnetic alloy film are alternately stacked. The nanogranular magnetic film has a structure in which nano-domains of a first phase are dispersed in a second phase. The first phase contains one or more selected from Fe and Co, and the second phase contains one or more selected from O, N, and F. The volume ratio of the first phase to the total volume of the first phase and the second phase is 60% or less. The soft magnetic alloy film contains one or more selected from Fe and Co. The total amount of Fe, Co, and Ni in the soft magnetic alloy film is 70 at % or more.
