    摘要: There are provided a plating factory for process roll for a gravure printing and a turn-table type roll stock apparatus preferable to the gravure printing plate manufacturing factory where a series of plating steps can be performed against the process roll for the gravure printing in an unmanned state at night in a full-automatic operation and the cell can be formed. Many process rolls can be stood obliquely in a circumferential arrangement in one stage or two stages at a roll pallet in such a way that a longitudinal direction of the process rolls may coincide with a generatrix at a conical surface and an optional roll pallet can be stopped at a predetermined position so as to store or take out the process rolls in respect to the roll pallet.

    摘要: Provided is an information display system and a dot pattern printed material to be used for the same, which are capable of easily displaying information only by reading a dot pattern, easy for update of the information, and capable of printing an even less visible dot pattern as compared to the conventional case. The information display system includes: a dot pattern printed material including a dot pattern having coordinate position code information, the dot pattern being printed on a printing object through gravure printing in a less visible and optically readable manner; optical reading means; information transfer means for transferring, to a server device, the coordinate position code information that is read by the optical reading means; a server device for outputting associated information that is accumulated in advance in association with the coordinate position code information; and information display means for displaying the associated information output from the server device. The dot pattern printed material is obtained by printing the dot pattern through the gravure printing with carbon black ink on a black printing layer that is formed with cyan ink, magenta ink, and yellow ink.

    摘要: Provided are a high-resolution laser exposure method and a product manufactured with use of the laser exposure method, the laser exposure method being capable of performing high-resolution laser plate-making in gravure plate-making, offset plate-making, flexo plate-making, and the like, and being usable in laser exposure of a circuit pattern in an electronic component such as a printed circuit board, a liquid crystal display, and a plasma display, or in special printing for prevention of forgery of banknotes and the like. The laser exposure method, which uses a laser exposure apparatus, includes: scanning laser beams to form a laser spot array having a predetermined length on a photosensitive film; and exposing the photosensitive film coated on a plate surface to light, to thereby form a photosensitized part and a non-photosensitized part. The scanning includes sequentially scanning, for exposure, a subsequent laser spot array so that at least a half region of a previously scanned laser spot array in a width direction thereof is subjected to superimposed exposure.

    摘要: There is provided a photogravure plate making method capable of performing a quite superior photogravure plate making operation while it has a requisite and sufficient developing latitude under non-heating condition after forming a coating film and while applying a positive O-type thermal resist. The positive-type photosensitive agent composed of an alkaline soluble positive-type photosensitive composition having an infrared wavelength laser sensitivity with a developing latitude under non-heating condition after forming a coated film is coated on the photogravure plated roll to form a photosensitive roll, then a positive image is exposed against the photosensitive film with the infrared wavelength laser, main chain or side chain of molecules of the photosensitive film forming resin at the exposed portion and at the same time, a latent image having a dispersion properly generated at the photosensitive layer is formed, then an alkaline developing is carried out to cause the photosensitive film forming resin at the exposed portion to be washed away and only the resist at the non-image line part is left.
