The present invention provides a method and device for color blood flow frame averaging. In the present invention, whether aliasing occurs to an output blood flow velocity of a previous frame is first determined. If aliasing does occur to the output blood flow velocity of the previous frame, the output blood flow velocity of the previous frame will be moved, and the moved output blood flow velocity of the previous frame is then subjected to the frame averaging. The present invention can improve and eliminate the “shadow” in the output blood flow velocity of the current frame due to velocity aliasing of the previous frame existing in the prior color frame averaging processing, such that the blood flow velocity appears more natural and has a more reasonable distribution.

A method for eliminating abnormal blood flow velocities in an ultrasonic imaging system is provided in present invention. The method comprises: receiving signals of blood flow; pre-processing the received signals to generate velocity signs in real time; obtaining a plurality of the velocity signs in a predefined spatial and temporal order, and performing weighted smoothing on the plurality of the velocity signs; determining the direction of blood flow at the pixel to be confirmed according to result of the weighted smoothing. A module for performing above method and a color flow imaging system with such a module are also provided in present invention. The method and apparatus provided by present invention can judge the practical direction of blood flow intelligently by performing spatial-temporal smoothing only on the signs of blood flow velocities, so that the estimation error caused by the system noise,clutter residue, speckle effect and etc. can be corrected.

The present disclosure provides an ultrasound imaging method and apparatus for adaptively suppressing tissue flickering. The method includes transmitting ultrasound pulses to an object to be detected and receiving ultrasound echo signals from the object to be detected; processing the ultrasound echo signals to obtain anatomical image data; demodulating the ultrasound echo signals to obtain demodulated signals; processing the demodulated signals to obtain blood flow image data; and displaying either anatomical image data or blood flow image data based on fusing rules, wherein a first fusing rule is used for a portion of the object to be detected in which tissue flickering exists, and a second fusing rule, which is different from the first fusing rule, is used for a portion of the object to be detected in which no tissue flickering exists.

The presently described subject matter is directed to water-soluble conjugated polyene compounds that exhibit aggregation induced emission, as well as to water dispersible, fluorescent, polymeric microparticles and/or nanoparticles comprising the water-soluble conjugated polyene compounds. Also provided are methods of making and using the compounds and particles. The described conjugated polyene compounds are useful as bioprobes for the detection biomacromolecules, as well as in the manufacture of sensors.
