摘要： A tray for a vertical growing system for growing plants having opposed first and second side walls, a first open end and second open end opposed to the first end defining a perimeter of the tray; and a raised region disposed within the perimeter of the tray wherein at least one side wall is configured with a downward sloping outer face to direct fluid from the tray to an adjacent gutter. The tray forms one side of an enclosed plenum which directs forced air to growing mediums supported by each tray via holes formed in each tray. A bottom side of the tray includes ribs and valleys exposed to an interior of the plenum where such ribs and valleys contribute to substantially constant air velocities emanating from each hole in each tray along an entire length of the plenum.

摘要： A grow system. The system includes growing plants in grow modules that are individually moveable. The plants grow in trays where roots never touch the water supply. The plumbing to the grow modules is a low flow, one way flow continual drip system that is hands free. A mobile robot can navigate around a growspace, bring any grow module from one location to another, and perform growspace operations. The growspace is a control space with data source zones and a control space manager. The control space manager can collect data and control different variables across different data source zones in order to determine optimal policies and conditions for data source growth and generation.

摘要： A planter box for holding planting soil includes a box body having a bottom wall, a sidewall and an open top. An anti-clog drainage and irrigation pipe is mounted across and above the bottom wall. The pipe includes a water inflow and outflow opening formed at a lower portion and extending along the length of the pipe. Two flow-guiding plates extend from two longitudinal sides of the water inflow and outflow opening towards an interior of the pipe body to form two overflow troughs in the pipe. During rainy day, the pipe is used for drainage. During sunny days, water can be supplied to the pipe for irrigation. A method for soil drainage and irrigation is also disclosed.

摘要： An irrigation apparatus for dispersing liquid through a plant growing medium is disclosed. The apparatus includes a geometrically shaped container of variable size. The container has an outer wall with an inner surface, an open top, and a base portion configured to cover the plant growing medium. The plurality of holes are configured as raised half-circles to block light and receive air, water, and nutrients. The center opening has at least one longitudinal opening extending therefrom to outer wall to allow placement of container on plant or to allow removal of container from plant. The container is configured with a plurality of geometrically shaped stakes of variable size extending therefrom the base portion for providing stability for apparatus to be secured in plant growing medium.

The second end of the neck is coupled to the container and the neck extends upwardly from the container to the first end. A water inlet communicates with the conduit of the neck at the first end. In use, the container is buried underground and the water is delivered to the container through the water inlet and conduit of the neck.
