    Abstract: A product merchandising system includes a housing having a top surface, two side surfaces spaced apart from one another defining a width-direction of the housing, and a front surface and rear surface spaced apart from one another defining a depth-direction of the housing. The system includes a product support system configured to support rows of products along a width of the housing, each row disposed at a position along the depth of the housing, the first row being towards the front surface of the housing. A cooling system includes a cooling system including a cooling heat exchanger generating an airflow, a deflector configured to direct the airflow through the cooling heat exchanger and towards a bottom of the housing, and a nozzle below the deflector and configured to direct the airflow towards a bottom of the housing through an outlet aperture and between a first two rows of products.

    Abstract: The invention is a container refrigeration case having at least one cooling air duct extending through a wide area of a rear wall unit and top unit, having a bottom region that accommodates a rolling container, and having side wall units. Cooling air is guided to circulate through the cooling air duct, a cooling air curtain traveling from top to bottom on the front side, and across the bottom region. The bottom region has a flat bottom structure situated under the container, an inner cover oriented toward the cooling chamber, and a floor-side duct section embodied under the inner cover which routes the cooling air duct from the front side to the lower, rear section of the cooling air duct.

    Abstract: A portable food serving system for keeping food cold or for cooling hot food and keeping it cool that does not require a power source includes a generally rectangular inner pan and outer pan. Each of the pans has a bottom wall. The outer pan also has four sidewalls with a drain plug on one of them and rails at the bottom to form feet. The inner pan fits within the outer pan and the bottom wall of the inner pan is raised above the bottom wall of the outer pan. The inner pan has a plurality of compartments located therein with spaces formed between the compartments. A plurality of baffles extend upwardly from the bottom wall of the outer pan and extend into the spaces between the compartments. The system also includes a plurality of clips for releasably locking the inner pan with the outer pan. Ice and a cooling liquid may be placed in the spaces between the compartments and between the bottom walls of the pans. A cover fits over the pans.

    Abstract: A temperature controlled service case for storage and display of chilled or frozen products, including at least one compartment for product storage, at least one access opening providing entrance to the compartment, at least one shelf within the compartment for holding product, and refrigeration operatively associated with the compartment for maintaining a selected temperature therein.
