摘要： Provided is a heating agitator that has a heating tank and can prevent, without complicating the structure, a raw material from remaining due to not being scraped. A scraper includes a rotation shaft tilted with respect to a center axis of the heating tank and one or a plurality of scraping units that rotate integrally with the rotation shaft. The scraping unit includes an arc-shaped member curved along a spherical bottom surface and a plurality of scraping blades fixed to the arc-shaped member. At least one of the scarping units, tips of the scraping blades are arranged such that the respective tips abut the spherical bottom surface of the heating tank along the spherical bottom surface and are in contact with a plane including a center axis of the rotation shaft. The respective tips scrape the raw material adhering to the spherical bottom surface of the heating tank while moving on corresponding concentric circles having a point as the center on the center axis of the rotation shaft.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a stirring blade for attachment to a support plate, and to a combination of a stirring blade and of a support plate, for use in a mixing vat of a mixing apparatus. The support plate is attached to a driving element of the mixing apparatus. The stirring blade has an elongate section for mixing a content of the vat. The stirring blade also defines an aperture for attachment of the stirring blade to the support plate. The aperture is configured so that raising the stirring blade away from the bottom surface of the vat causes an upper surface of the stirring blade to abut on a stop of the support plate, and raising the driving element and the support plate away from the bottom of the vat allows the stirring blade to pivot downward about the support plate for easy removal of the stirring blade.

Vibrations can be propagated through container walls, impellers, or other structures within the mixing container. Vibrated structures can be flexibly supported for enhanced propagation of the vibrations. Vibrational energy can be uniform throughout the container, or focused in a desired region. Ultrasonic energy can be simultaneously applied with acoustic energy.

摘要： An automatic pot stirrer is provided that has a mount assembly. The mount assembly is mounted on a pot plate having slider clamps. The slider clamps engage the rim of the pot and are designed to accommodate differently dimensioned pots. The mount assembly supports a shaft that is operatively coupled to a motor at one end and threaded to a block at the other end. The block has opposed first and second block end walls and opposed first and second block paddle walls to which are connected paddles. The first and second block paddle walls may be disposed at about a forty-five degree angle to a second block end wall. The paddles are disposed at about a forty-five degree angle to the second block end wall such that the paddles lift food product from the bottom of the pot during operation of the automatic pot stirrer.

A shaft extends from the mixing blade through the bottom surface of the hopper into the motor housing. The shaft connects the mixing blade with the motor, and allows for rotational movement of the blade to effect cutting grooves into the aggregate substances within the hopper when the motor is activated.

摘要： The present invention discloses a mixing kettle which utilizes magnetic force to maintain contact between the scraper blades and the interior surface of the kettle. A series of scraper blades are pivotally mounted within pivot brackets carried on horizontal, anchor type scrape-surface agitators. A first magnet is imbedded within each scraper blade, fabricated from nylon or other similar material, while a second magnet of like polarity is carried within the pivot bracket adjacent the first magnet. The repulsive force between the magnets forces the blade to pivot such that the scraper end of the blade is forced against and rides along the interior of the kettle.
