    摘要： A concrete form for supporting a steel frame above a pouring pad comprises a vertical wall configured to be fastened to the steel frame, a marker on the vertical wall for spacing the frame a predetermined distance above the pouring pad, and a sealing member extending from a lower edge of the wall for sealing the form to the pouring pad. Preferably, the vertical wall has an upper portion, a horizontally offset lower portion, and a shoulder there between which engages an edge of the steel frame. The sealing member is preferably a lip extending from the vertical wall at an obtuse angle and engaging the pouring pad at an obtuse angle.

    摘要： A forming panel and method for using the same in construction of self-sustaining concrete wall structures is provided wherein a flexible barrier element is provided along a margin on the forming panel for impeding the flow of water and fine particles of a concrete mix pour past the barrier element. The margin may be along the perimeter edge of the forming panel or along an opening interior to the perimeter of the forming panel. When located near the perimeter, the flexible barrier element may be positioned in a slot extending parallel to the margin and located in the frame. When located near an interior opening, the barrier element may be provided on a reinforcing member positioned around the opening or on a door which shifts to improve access through the opening during placement of forming ties or the like. The forming panel may be coupled with adjacent forming members to provide a wall system, and two wall systems may be connected by forming ties to provide a channel for receipt of a concrete pour therebetween.

    摘要： A construction component is provided comprising a set portion, a hinged portion, and a hinge. The construction component defines an extruded cross-sectional profile defining a panel forming face configured such that an un-cured material may be cured against and subsequently released from the panel forming face in a substantially unobstructed manner. The hinge couples the set portion and the hinged portion such that the hinged portion is movable about the hinge between an engaged state and a disengaged state. The set portion and the hinged portion cooperate to define at least a portion of the panel forming face. The component can be configured such that movement of the hinged portion from the engaged state to the disengaged state reveals a component securing surface of the construction component.

    摘要： A sealing tape for concrete forms has a foam layer to fill spaces between parts of the form, and pressure sensitive adhesive for adhering to the form. The side of the sealing tape to be fixed to the base plate of the form is a fabric reinforced tape with sufficient integrity that the sealing tape can be entirely removed from the base plate by merely pulling up the reinforced tape. For some forms, the sealing tape may have an adhesive on both sides, and for other forms, only the side having the reinforced tape may have adhesive thereon.
