    摘要： A wind deflecting structure for deflecting air over a rectangular sunroof opening in a motor vehicle roof wherein the sunroof installation includes a hatch. The wind deflecting structure includes a wind deflector transversely mounted on the roof adjacent to a front edge of the sunroof opening and includes a bottom portion spaced from and surrounding the front of the sunroof opening and extending along front side edges of the opening in a direction towards a rear edge of said opening. The deflector has a second portion extending upwardly from said bottom portion and having a central cutout section formed therein which extends in the direction of said bottom portion to allow said hatch to be upwardly rotated to its near vertical position for removal of the hatch. The second portion terminates above the front edge of the sunroof opening and is swept back in a direction toward the rear edge of the opening. It is of sufficient height to deflect onrushing air produced by forward motion of the motor vehicle, above and around the sunroof opening when the hatch is removed. Means for connecting the wind deflector to the roof are also provided.

    摘要： A wind deflector for vehicles provided with a sun-roof of the kind having a generally rectangular opening and a shutter therefor, the wind deflector extending along the leading transverse edge of said opening. The wind deflector is relatively inexpensive to construct and comprises the outer metal sheet of the vehicle roof and forms an integral part therewith. The deflector has a rearwardly and upwardly inclined section, and includes a reinforcing plate fixed to the deflector and extending along the leading transverse edge of the roof opening. Preferably the highest point of the rearwardly and upwardly inclined portion lies substantially at the same height as the rear transverse edge of the roof opening. Also, the inclined portion preferably has a slope of between 5.degree. and 35.degree. relative to the forwardly lying portion of the roof. To ensure rigidity of the wind deflector, the upper edge of its rearwardly and outwardly inclined portion is folded around an end edge of the reinforcing plate.

    摘要： A deflector structure for a sunroof device includes: a thinned-cloth member (6) having a lower side connectedly fixed to a front frame (11), the thinned-cloth member being configured to be stretchedly developed to regulate a traveling air while a roof is opened and to be foldedly stored while the roof is closed; and a storage guide member (14) configured to guide folding motion of the thinned-cloth member (6). The storage guide member (14) includes: a front-side first upright wall (15) and a rear-side second upright wall (16) provided upright on the front frame (11) at the rear of a fixation portion of the front frame (11) and the thinned-cloth member (6); and a guide wall (17) formed on an upper holder (7) along a rear surface of an upper portion of the thinned-cloth member stretchedly developed. Thereby, a folded shape of the thinned-cloth member (6) is stabilized.
