摘要： A conveyor-rail cleaner for cleansing, scrubbing, and rinsing the rails of a cleanable conveyor system. The cleaner includes cleaning units pivotably connected to allow it to negotiate turns in the track. Position-adjustable scrub brushes accommodate transitions between one-rail conveyor segments and two-rail segments at switch segments between separate adjacent conveyor tracks. The conveyor system includes a filling station for filling the cleaning units with cleansing and rinsing agents and recharging batteries powering scrub-brush motors.

摘要： A cleaning pig assembly is provided for use on a tubular drag conveyor. The assembly is quickly and easily mounted anywhere along the cable, chain, or rope via slots in the assembly components. The components include a puck, a plate, a drag disc, and a cleaning member or tool sandwiched between the puck and the plate. The drag disc provides interference fit on the cable, chain, or rope holding the assembly on the cable, chain, or rope and prevents sliding of the assembly along the cable, chain, or rope during use. The cleaning assembly is installed without the use of tools or clamps. Multiple interchangeable cleaning members are provided depending on cleaning needs.

摘要： A cleaning device for cleaning a conveyor system including a slotted track that defines an elongate path along which product is moved and that has opposed glide surfaces from which product is suspended. The conveyor system also includes a wall that is disposed above the track and that cooperates with the track to define a product passageway along the elongate path. The cleaning device includes a drive unit, a wheel rotatably coupled to the drive unit and engageable with the wall within the product passageway to move the drive unit along the slotted track, a glide coupled to the drive unit and engageable with the glide surfaces to support the drive unit on the slotted track, and a cleaning implement coupled to the drive unit to clean the track.

摘要： A flexible strip brush element is constructed from multiple monofilaments arranged in a parallel fashion and attached at one end to a flexible base. The monofilaments are attached to the base by intermingling material from the base with material from the monofilaments. The free ends of the monofilaments collectively form a bristle end zone. A plurality of flexible strip brush elements may be bonded side-by-side so the free ends of the monofilaments form a common bristle end zone. The bonded flexible strip brush elements may take the form of a linear section or may be fashioned into an endless loop or jointless spiral. The base may comprise a polymer and a reinforcing material.

摘要： An overhead rail system cleaning device 20 has a body 21 with rollers 23 mounted thereon for suspension of and movement along the rail 11, cleaning brushes 41 mounted on the body 21 for cleaning the rail 11, and preferably suction device 61 also mounted on the body 21 and having at least one air intake port 62 adjacent the cleaning brushes 41 for collection of dirt and dust particles removed from the rail. The cleaning mechanism has a rotatable shaft and a plurality of flexible disks mounted on the shaft that engage the surface of the conveyor belt to clean the belt as the belt moves past the cleaning mechanism. Each disk has a plurality of flexible fingers that extend outwardly from the perimeter of the disk. The fingers engage around the cleats or raised projections on the moving conveyor belt to remove residual material adhering to the belt.
