摘要: In a filament winding method, while a rotating tank relatively reciprocates in a tank axial direction to a helical winding head, fibers are fed from yarn-feeding sections to the tank. After the tank turns back in the tank axial direction, a large number of fibers are wound around one domed portion and a trunk portion of the tank, and trailing ends of the large number of fibers are located at one end portion of the trunk portion. Then a piece or a small number of fibers are fed from a rotating hoop winding head to the trunk portion, and hoop winding is performed on helical winding layers formed around the trunk portion. Then, at the one end portion of the trunk portion, the large number of fibers pulled from the yarn-feeding sections of the helical winding head are cut off.

摘要: A winding device for multiple wire wrapping a stationary object supplies the wires in a twist-free manner to a flyer that rotates around the stationary object. The wires are wound around the object by means of this flyer. Furthermore, one auxiliary arm is coupled to the flyer, which arm rotates synchronously with the flyer and which is provided with a guide device which guides the wires. A wire wrapping that changes winding directions is rendered possible in that at least one intermediate drum is provided, which is rotatably supported coaxially to the axis of rotation of the auxiliary arm and by way of which the wires are supplied from a stationary magazine to the guide device, whereby under the effect of force, the wires are able to be axially shifted on the intermediate drum from a winding point to an unwinding point. The circumference of the intermediate drum is smaller at the point where the wire unwinds than the wire length wound onto the object during a rotation of the flyer. The intermediate drum turns independent of the rotational direction of the auxiliary arms. This ensures that no greater length than what is needed is unwound from the intermediate drum.

Neither the first nor second braided flange layers have axial tows.

摘要: The invention provides a cloth taking-up device including: a platform, on which glue/cloth to be taken-up are disposed; and a clamp part movable with respect to the platform, which can clamp a roller and roll the glue/cloth to be taken-up successively onto the roller. An outside surface of the platform has an included angle of 0°-180° with respect to the horizontal plane, on which the glue/cloth to be taken-up are disposed, and the clamp part can keep the roller in parallel with the outside surface. The cloth taking-up device can avoid uneven pressure applied to the glue/cloth to be taken-up in the down-press manner, improving uniformity of taken-up glue/cloth. Meanwhile, the foreign matters on the glue/cloth to be taken-up can easily fall off, and the foreign matters on the rollers cannot drop onto the glue/cloth to be taken-up with the rotation, thereby ensuring glue/cloth taking-up quality.
