摘要: A pendant lighting fixture can include an outer casing, a hollow body positioned within the outer casing, a motion generator positioned within the hollow body, and an illumination assembly within a chamber formed by a cover. An upper part of the hollow body is configured to be coupled to a hanging mechanism, and a lower part of the hollow body is removably coupled to the cover. The motion generator comprises a container, a magnetic coil configured to generate a magnetic field, and an object movably responsive to the magnetic field move within the container so that a movement of the object of the motion generator by the magnetic field affects an illumination effect of the illumination assembly.

摘要: A system for illuminating an environment, includes a first and second angularly varying light emitting devices operable to adjust light flux output into different angular bins individually, the second angularly varying light emitting device further comprises an imager positioned to receive light reflected from the environment from the first and second angularly varying light emitting devices, wherein when the first angularly varying light emitting device emits first light flux onto on object or individual in the environment and the object or individual occludes the first light flux creating a shadow region on a surface of the environment, the second angularly varying light emitting device emits second light flux from one or more second light sources into an angular bin that illuminates the shadow region. In one embodiment, the shadow region is identified in part by differentiating between a possible dark surface and a region comprising a shadow.

摘要: A camera can capture an image of a scene during an exposure duration of the camera. An illumination system for the camera can include a light-emitting diode (LED) array. The LED array can include a plurality of LEDs that can produce light during the exposure duration of the camera. The LED array can include one or more non-emitting areas located between adjacent LEDs in the LED array. A lens can direct the light toward the scene as illumination. The illumination can include one or more dark bands corresponding to the one or more non-emitting areas of the LED array, optionally surrounding the LEDs in the LED array. An actuator can translate at least one of the LED array or the lens during the exposure duration of the camera so as to blur the one or more dark bands in the illumination in the image of the scene.

A light source is moveable relative to the body to enable the lighting device to adopt selectively one of a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the light source is positioned over the aperture so that light emitted by the light source passes through the body before illuminating the room. In the second configuration, the light source is spaced laterally from the aperture so that the room is illuminated directly by light emitted from the light source.

摘要: The broad view headlamp includes a plurality of light sources that illuminate an area in front of the headlamp, an area adjacent to each side of the headlamp, and an area below the headlamp. The headlamp includes a number of lighting modes, such that any one of the light sources can be operated individually or in combination with any one or more of the remaining light sources. The headlamp housing has multiple lighting compartments, each having one or more light sources disposed therein. Each compartment includes an optical lens. The various light sources, together with the optical lenses, allow the headlamp to illuminate a view area extending to, at least, the outer boundaries of the far peripheral vision of the human eye, i.e., 110 degrees to the right and left of center. Thus, the total combined view area illuminated by the headlamp is at least 220 degrees.

A boundary of the projected light can be set to an acceptable social distance and can include different colors to indicated varying social distances for varying levels of trusted individuals. Proximity sensors set to appropriate distancing requirements, along with the varying levels of trust can be implemented into multiple devices being used in a group setting.
