An annular shaped-charge and blasting housing and a use method thereof are provided. The annular shaped-charge and blasting housing includes a PVC segment and multiple notch grooves. Grooves are notched on a W-shaped PVC segment formed by machining. The notching angle of the groove and the spacing distance between the grooves can be adjusted according to use requirements. And, the W-shaped PVC segment after being cut may not be limited to have eight notch grooves, and the number of the notch grooves of a single one PVC segment can be adjusted according to actual working conditions. The PVC segment can be folded and closed to form the annular shaped-charge and blasting housing. Therefore, the housing of the embodiments is simple in production, the linear segment can be bended and folded by utilizing the plasticity of the PVC material. The manufacturing process of the housing is simple and feasible. The housing of the embodiments is convenient to use and can meet the requirements of the annular shaped-charge cutting in blasting engineering. Meanwhile, the housing of the embodiments are widely applied. Further, the housing is not only applicable to annular shaped-charge cutting for the bottoms of holes to improve the planeness of the tunnel faces or the berm for the bench blasting, but also applicable to the cut blasting to improve the cut effect.

An aspect of the embodiment of the invention is a lightweight attachment bracket that will hold charges at distances up to (e.g., ten inches) away from a vertical target. The bracket is collapsible, therefore provides a user adjustable stand-off, which is necessary for some applications. Attachment to ferrous material can be instant through a set of rare earth metals imbedded in the base of the bracket. A skirt of high strength textile material provides attachment to other surfaces via integrated hooks and rings. Alternative embodiments of the invention could include an electromagnetic system provided to couple the bracket with a battery in order to provide a limited amount of power to operate the system.

A coaxial perforating charge includes a shaped charge and a container having a fracture explosive pack inside. The container is coaxially provided at a front end of the shaped charge; the fracture explosive pack is a ring-shaped explosive pack formed by impregnating a fracture explosive for eliminating a compacted zone into the container; the fracture explosive pack is coaxially arranged with the shaped charge. The fracture explosive includes ammonium perchlorate, aluminum powder, additive, and dioctyl sebacate; the additive is hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), or a mixture of HTPB, N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine and toluene di-isocyanate. A perforation method thereof, for self-eliminating a compacted zone, includes steps of: running a jet perforating gun downward; perforating while self-eliminating a compacted zone. The charge and its perforation method are reasonably designed, convenient, safe, reliable, well performed, and able to perforate while self-eliminating the compacted zone, which effectively eliminates an impact on rock permeability of the compacted zone.
