摘要: A method and apparatus for containing one or more shaped charges in a single plane, using a shaped charge housing containing a cluster of one or more shaped charges. The cluster contains with the apex ends facing each other, arrayed about the center axis of a gun body, and detonated from a single initiator located in the middle of the cluster of the one or more shaped charges. The shaped charge housing can be one of many shaped charge housings coupled together to perforate in a plurality of single planes.

摘要: A method for shale gas exploitation includes performing horizontal drilling operation on an area to be constructed, forming a crack around a horizontal drill hole wall by shaped charge perforation; expanding the crack around a horizontal hole hydraulic fracturing, and extracting methane gas after a fracturing fluid is discharged; after methane gas is reduced, performing in-situ combustion explosion fracturing on the methane involved in horizontal drilling; thereafter continuing to expand the crack in the horizontal drill hole such that methane continues to seep out, and continuing extracting methane; repeating combustion explosion fracturing and extraction operations, so as to increase combustion explosion cracking permeability, and greatly enhance the exploitation effect of shale gas. The method is suitable for fracturing reconstruction of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs such as shale gas reservoirs, coal seam gas reservoirs and tight sandstone gas reservoirs.

摘要: Methods and systems for performing injection treatments in subterranean formations stimulated by the ignition of propellants are provided. In some embodiments, the methods comprise: igniting a propellant in one or more secondary boreholes in a subterranean formation to at least partially rupture at least a region of the subterranean formation near the secondary boreholes; introducing a fracturing fluid into a first production well bore in the subterranean formation in or near the ruptured region of the subterranean formation at or above a pressure sufficient to create or enhance at least a primary fracture in the subterranean formation that extends into at least a portion of the ruptured region of the subterranean formation; and introducing a displacement fluid into one or more of the secondary boreholes or an injection well bore in the subterranean formation that comprises one or more fractures penetrating the ruptured region of the subterranean formation.

摘要: Methods for treating a shale formation may include injecting a pad fluid including a shale stabilizing agent into a shale formation to generate one or more fractures. The method may also include injecting a fracturing slurry including proppant particulates into the one or more generated fractures such that the proppant particulates form microfractures along shale fracture faces. At least a portion of the proppant particulates may be at least partially coated with at least one oxidizing agent.

摘要: A method of producing subterranean fractures in geologic formations for the extraction of hydrocarbons includes flowing an air and fuel mixture into a well hole. The well hole may then be sealed with a packer plug creating a compression chamber with the air and fuel mixture. A liquid, such as water, may be pumped into the well hole to create pressure in the compression chamber. The build-up of pressure eventually causes auto-ignition of the air and fuel mixture which fractures the formation. The water may then rush into the compression chamber which thermally shocks the area causing additional fractures. The water may vaporize to steam and thoroughly disinfect the well hole eliminating the need for added biocides.

摘要: A perforating system including a perforating gun having a perforating gun body housing shaped charges oriented outwardly from the gun body and connected to a detonation system for deployment into a wellbore. The shaped charges include at least a case, a liner and explosive material that is thermally stable and of a composition that allows for reaction with metals, debris or formation walls in order to improve fluid flow from the formation upon perforating. Shaped charge can also employ differences in composition moving from the apex to the skirt of the liner in order to achieve different perforating characteristics upon detonation of the explosive material.

摘要: The detonation of one or more explosive charges and propellant charges by a detonator in response to a fire control signal from a command and control system comprised of a command center and instrumentation center with a communications link therebetween. The fire control signal is selectively provided to the detonator from the instrumentation center if plural detonation control switches at the command center are in a fire authorization status, and instruments, and one or more interlocks, if included, are in a ready for firing status. The instrumentation and command centers are desirably mobile, such as being respective vehicles.
