    摘要: A charge comprises a case, the bottom of which has disposed therein an explosive cartridge, on the inside surface of which cartridge there is mounted a liner. Opposite the bottom, an upper portion of the case is cylindrical and threaded and is provided with a threaded bushing, which is mounted such as to abut the liner and has a through aperture with a diameter that is less than the inside diameter of the liner. The threaded sleeve has an internal or an external thread and the upper portion of the case has an external or an internal thread accordingly. The threaded sleeve has recesses about its periphery for the installation of a removable turning means. The bottom and the outside surface of the cartridge are conical. The liner is configured with a cylindrical shoulder in its upper part and has a height which is greater than that of the cartridge.

    摘要: Exemplary apparatus, systems, and methods to provide an ability to quickly and securely hand emplace stand-off demolition charges to various surfaces or structures including surfaces including any flat surface. An aspect of the embodiment of the invention is a lightweight attachment bracket that will hold charges at distances up to (e.g., ten inches) away from a vertical target. The bracket is collapsible, therefore provides a user adjustable stand-off, which is necessary for some applications. Attachment to ferrous material can be instant through a set of rare earth metals imbedded in the base of the bracket. A skirt of high strength textile material provides attachment to other surfaces via integrated hooks and rings. Alternative embodiments of the invention could include an electromagnetic system provided to couple the bracket with a battery in order to provide a limited amount of power to operate the system.

    摘要: A coaxial perforating charge includes a shaped charge and a container having a fracture explosive pack inside. The container is coaxially provided at a front end of the shaped charge; the fracture explosive pack is a ring-shaped explosive pack formed by impregnating a fracture explosive for eliminating a compacted zone into the container; the fracture explosive pack is coaxially arranged with the shaped charge. The fracture explosive includes ammonium perchlorate, aluminum powder, additive, and dioctyl sebacate; the additive is hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), or a mixture of HTPB, N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine and toluene di-isocyanate. A perforation method thereof, for self-eliminating a compacted zone, includes steps of: running a jet perforating gun downward; perforating while self-eliminating a compacted zone. The charge and its perforation method are reasonably designed, convenient, safe, reliable, well performed, and able to perforate while self-eliminating the compacted zone, which effectively eliminates an impact on rock permeability of the compacted zone.

    摘要: A modular charge system based on a standard module fitted with a flying plate or a liner and axially coupled to other modules to configure the size and type of charge. The explosive is enclosed in a casing, which has a cylindrical wall with a plurality of external longitudinal rails that run lengthwise. The rails are substantially parallel, and approximately equidistantly spaced around the perimeter of the casing. The space between a pair of rails defines a channel. The casing rails function as a cylindrical tamper. The explosive is partitioned into removable portions and permanent portions, where the removable portions are separated from the permanent portions and any retained removable portions, therein enabling the module to be fitted with a variety of flying plates, liners and other hardware. Modules may be coupled utilizing internal slides, positioned in the channels to join modules.

There may be more of the insensitive explosive than the relatively energetic explosive.
