摘要： A backup account recovery authentication of last resort using social authentication is described. The account holder requests trustees who have been previously identified to obtain an account recovery code. The account recovery system sends a communication to the trustee for information to verify the trustee as one of the previously identified trustees. The account recovery system then may transmit a link and code with instructions for the trustee to return the link. The account recovery system then transmits a situational query to the trustee to provide additional security. Finally, if all the communications have been completed for the required level of security, the account recovery code is transmitted to the trustee. The trustee sends the account recovery code to the account holder for access to an account.

摘要： A portable information system having an information registration function achieves reduction in manufacturing cost and power consumption. By connecting portable information equipment (1) and a battery charger (10) to be chargeable, signal transmission becomes possible between a micro controller (2) in the portable information equipment (1) and a micro controller (11) in the battery charger (10). Under the control of the micro controllers (2, 11), information management operation is automatically performed during charging. The operation includes backup processing in which personal information stored in a storage portion (3) in the portable information equipment (1) is transferred to a storage portion (12) in the battery charger (10) as backup information, and restore processing in which the backup information stored in the storage portion (12) is transferred to the storage portion (3) as the personal information.

摘要： The invention concerns a method for accessing radio-frequency networks known as BLUETOOTH. The access to an apparatus is obtained via a network apparatus by selecting one of the two appliances as master-apparatus (10) and the other as slave-apparatus (12), and by initialising on the master-apparatus (10) an automatic identification procedure consisting essentially in placing the appliances (10, 12) in immediate proximity and in transmitting very short range signals to be exclusively received by the slave-apparatus (12). Then it consists in initialising a standard connection procedure and if it is successful, an identification key is generated which is used for subsequent exchanges in normal operating conditions.

摘要： One aspect of the present invention is generally directed towards a system and method of tuning a transducer for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal. In an illustrative embodiment, a single transducer is coupled to a first or second circuit for either transmitting or receiving, respectively. Generally, electrical characteristics of the first circuit are adjusted to increase a magnetic field generated by the transducer. Conversely, electrical characteristics of the second circuit are adjusted to increase a signal generated by the transducer for receiving a magnetic field. Accordingly, a single transducer device can be tuned for either transmitting or receiving a corresponding wireless signal.
