Abstract: The present application includes an injection molding step and a stretch blow molding step. The stretch blow molding step is configured to include: a first step in which preliminary blow air is introduced into a preform to stretch the preform in a state in which a stretching rod does not contact the bottom of the preform; a second step which is executed after the first step, and in which the preliminary blow air is introduced into the preform and the stretching rod is moved at a set speed and pressed against the bottom of the preform to stretch the preform; and a third step which is executed after the second step, and in which final blow air is introduced into the preform to stretch the preform.

Abstract: A method for forming plastic preforms into plastic bottles has a first and a second operating mode, wherein the respective operating modes being selectively chosen by an operator as required. In in the first operating mode, i.e. a quality mode, a connection is established between a valve block and a pressure reservoir of the second pressure level in only one direction, from a valve block towards the pressure reservoir, i.e. a compressed air recycling mode, and in a second operating mode, i.e. an efficiency approach, a connection is established between the valve block and the pressure reservoir of the second pressure level in both directions, i.e. from the valve block towards the pressure reservoir and from the pressure reservoir towards the valve block.

Abstract: A rigid connecting device for connecting the upper and lower surfaces inside an oil tank includes a connecting rod. The upper and lower sides of the connecting rod are each provided with a connecting end surface. The connecting end surface is provided with material-passing hole. The outer surface of the rigid connecting device is covered with high-density polyethylene. The upper and lower surfaces of the oil tank are connected by a connecting rod, and such arrangement is locally applied to areas where the rigidity of the oil tank is poor, so there are more effective space. The part of the rigid connecting rod contacting with the oil fuel is made of high-density polyethylene, so the requirements of strength and anti-corrosion can be satisfied.

Abstract: A supporting assembly for a hollow tank body includes a supporting body (2) and supporting ends (1) provided at two ends of the supporting body. The supporting ends are provided with stepped transition assemblies (4) connected to the supporting body. The supporting body is configured with a hollow structure. The supporting body includes a supporting main body (5) and a base (6). The supporting main body is configured with a cylindrical structure or a cylindrical structure with a corrugated structure in the middle. With this structure, the deformation of the hollow tank body under the relatively high overpressure and the low negative pressure can be avoided, and the shape stability of the whole product can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the supporting structure needs less material, and has a light weight and lowered cost.

Abstract: A device for controlling a blow-molding machine for producing a thermoplastic container, wherein a blowing gas for blow-molding the container is introduced into a thermally conditioned preform, while the preform is held in a blow mold of the blow-molding machine. The blowing gas is introduced during a preblowing phase into the preform so that the temperature-conditioned material of the preform approaches the walls of the blow mold. The blowing gas is introduced during a following finish-blowing phase into the preform so that the temperature-conditioned material of the preform is pressed into the contours of the blow mold walls. The volumetric flow rate of the blowing gas is determined at least during the preblowing phase by an adjustable flow-control valve that can be controlled by a control unit that generates a control signal for adjusting the flow-control valve. The flow-control valve is adjusted as a function of the control signal.

Abstract: This invention discloses a process for preparation of a balloon expandable biodegradable polymer stent with thin struts (strut thickness 130 μm or less, preferably 100-110 μm) with high fatigue and radial strength. The invention discloses a process for the preparation of a biodegradable polymer stent which involves deforming an extruded biodegradable polymer tube axially at a first predefined temperature by applying an axial force for a first predefined time interval. The process further includes radially expanding the axially stretched tube at a second predefined temperature by pressurizing the tube with an inert gas in one or more stages, the pressure applied in each successive stage being higher than the pressure applied in a previous stage.
