    Abstract: One purpose of the present invention is to provide a mold unit which is capable of achieving improvements in both energy efficiency and heat resistance performance; a blow molding apparatus; and a blow molding method. The present invention is provided with: a first mold part for performing a first step in which a preform is subjected to heat-set blowing at a first temperature; and a second metal mold part for performing a second step in which an intermediate molded body blow molded as a result of the heat-set blowing is blow molded at a second temperature lower than the first temperature, to produce a container. The first mold part and the second mold part are disposed adjacently to each other.

    Abstract: A mold includes a link member including a protruding grip forming part configured to form a grip part to a portion of a container by pressurizing a portion of a preform that is expanded during blow molding; and a piston member configured to move forward toward a cavity to thus press and rotate the link member. The grip forming part has: a pressurizing surface configured to pressurize the portion of the preform; and a contact surface configured to come into contact with the piston member, wherein the piston member has a pressing surface that comes into contact with the contact surface and presses the grip forming part toward an inside of the cavity when moving the pressurizing surface, and wherein the pressurizing surface is arranged at an opposite side of the contact surface of the grip forming part with respect to a moving direction of the piston member.

    Abstract: A container with a handle, in which a handle is engaged with a portion of the container, is manufactured by arranging the handle in a handle arrangement part, inserting a bottomed tubular preform into a cavity of a mold and performing blow molding. The mold includes an inner wall surface that forms an external shape of the container and a pressurizing member that forms a handle engaging part engaging with the handle to a portion of the container, and the pressurizing member is capable of moving between a first position which is a position at an outer side of the inner wall surface and a second position at which a portion of the inner wall surface is formed.

    Abstract: A blow molding method includes a primary blow molding step that molds a preform (200) in a primary blow mold (300A) that includes a primary temperature control section (330) to obtain an intermediate molded article (202), a shrinkage step that discharges blow air from the intermediate molded article to shrink the intermediate molded article, and a secondary blow molding step that blow-molds the intermediate molded article (204) that has shrunken in a secondary blow mold that includes a secondary temperature control section (430) to obtain a final molded article. The primary blow molding step cools a first intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article that follows a neck using a first primary temperature control section, and the shrinkage step shrinks a second intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article of which the temperature is controlled by a second primary temperature control section.
