摘要： An exchangeable lubricant cartridge for a step bearing of an open-end spinning rotor is disclosed. The lubricant cartridge comprises a chamber containing lubricating grease in which a step bearing ball is arranged. A bore hole is provided for a rotor shaft at a front housing wall of the lubricant cartridge, while at a rear housing wall an entry bore hole is provided for a thrust bearing. For the purpose of facilitating assembly, the housing is divided into a first housing section comprising the front housing wall and a second housing section comprising the rear housing wall.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to provide a needle bearing which can prevent occurrence of flake and seizure in the bearing parts even under such severe lubricating condition as provided by a compressor for a car air conditioner or a planetary unit for an automatic transmission. The needle bearing is structured by barrel grinding the raceway surface of a ring and the surface of a rolling body without using a ceramic-related abrasive such as alumina or silicon carbide.

摘要： An integral type thrust bearing is proposed which can be manufactured with fewer heat treatment steps. The retainer and the inner and outer rollers not hardened are assembled together with rollers into a bearing and thereafter the assembled bearing is carburized, hardened and tempered. This eliminates the need of individual heat treatment of the retainer and the inner and outer rings and decreases heat treatment steps for the production of thrust bearings.

摘要： A cam mechanism incorporating a highly precise bearing structure that improves the dynamic stability of the cam mechanism's rotating output component. Relevant structures consist of a worm gear driven rotating shaft driving a rotating output shaft supported by a cross roller bearing assembly incorporating V-shaped inner and outer bearing races that sandwich and ride over a set of rollers. Of particular note is that the outer or inner bearing race may be formed as a groove machined directly into the circumferential surface of the output shaft. Because the outer bearing race is a ring-shaped structure that concentrically surrounds the rotating output shaft, the output shaft and bearing races can be machined simultaneously as a single workpiece to assure a high degree of concentricity between the shaft and bearing races.
