    摘要: A magnetic bearing for the mounting of a shaft, in particular for a spinning rotor of an open-end spinning device, features several pole shanks of a stator for the active radial magnetic mounting of the shaft in two degrees of freedom, which in each case are surrounded by a coil and are radially arranged to each other, in such a manner that they define an opening for the shaft. In the area of the opening, the pole shanks are connected to each other. For the passive axial mounting of the shaft, at least one permanent magnet is arranged between the coils and the opening. The invention also includes a shaft for mounting with at least one corresponding magnetic bearing. The shaft is a composite component, which at least partially consists of non-ferromagnetic material. In the area of the radial and axial mounting, a component made of a ferromagnetic material is arranged. A shaft mounting is also provided and features, for the passive axial mounting of one degree of freedom of the shaft and for the active radial mounting of two degrees of freedom of the shaft, at least one, preferably two, corresponding magnetic bearings.

    摘要: A method for operating an electromotive drive of a textile machine, comprising a contactlessly mounted rotor and catch bearings. The rotor rests on one catch bearing prior to initial operation, and is spaced therefrom by an air gap during stationary operation. A control device allows the rotor to be held in a force-free floating state during stationary operation. The method executes the following steps: (a) inputting an output signal from the control device for maintaining the force-free floating state during operation; (b) calculating the air gap by evaluating the output signal; (c) comparing the calculated value with predetermined limit values; and (d) deactuating the drive when the limit values are passed. The control device comprises a position sensor with at least one sensor coil, at least one actuator coil, a position controller and an integrator, at which the output signal is obtained to determine the air gap.

    摘要: An open-end spinning device has a spinning rotor with a rotor pot defining a fiber collection groove therein. A rotor shaft is provided having a diameter between 5.5 mm and 9 mm. Pairs of rotatable supporting rings supported on axles define a nip therebetween. The rotor shaft is rotatably supported in the nip. The supporting rings have a diameter between 62 mm and 82 mm. A thrust imparting device imparts an axial thrust to the rotor shaft in the direction opposite the rotor pot. A non-contacting axial bearing is disposed opposite the free end of the rotor shaft for absorbing the axial thrust without contacting the rotor shaft. The axial thrust imparting device generates an axial thrust between 1N and 7N on the rotor shaft. A driving device contacts the rotor shaft for rotatably driving the rotor and has a contact pressure with the rotor shaft from between 8N and 39N.

    摘要: A bearing assembly for supporting the shaft of a spinning rotor is provided having a housing in which a pair of roller bearings are mounted spaced from each other along the shaft and which journal the shaft. Interposed between the roller bearings and surrounding the shaft is a sleeve in the form of a tubular member provided with at least one capillary channel formed between the inner and outer surfaces and extending longitudinally between its frontal ends. At least one hole extends from the outer surface radially inward in communication with the capillary channel. In this manner lubricant supplied to the housing exterior of the sleeve will pass through the hole and the capillary channel into direct contact with the roller bearings.
