In the sensing element lead wire connecting structure, a flexible circuit board is fixed to a base member receiving an applied load to be measured. 摘要: A holding device for mounting a shear strain gauge 14 in an airplane axle 1 in which the shear strain gauge 14 consists of a coil part 18 with two magnet coils 19 spaced apart from each other and of a disk part 20. The disk part 20 has a disk 21 which, in normal position, extends equidistant between the magnet coils 19. The holding device has two holding rings 16 and 17 arranged axially at a given distance from each other, the coil part being adapted to be fastened to the one holding ring 16 thereof and the disk part 20 to the other holding ring 17. The holding rings 16 and 17 are developed with radial resilience and with a smaller outside diameter than the inside diameter of the airplane axle. They have radially protruding holding lugs 23 which rest under initial spring tension against the inner wall of the airplane axle 1. The holding rings 16 and 17 have support parts 28 and 28', the coil part 18 being adapted to be fastened to the support part 28' of the one holding ring 16 and the disk part 20 to the support part 28 of the other holding ring 17.

The undercarriage further includes a magnetic measurement target and at least one magnetic movement sensor cooperating with the magnetic measurement target to measure bending of the axle. The magnetic measurement target has a body that extends inside the axle and includes a fastener end fastened to one end of the axle. The body also include a target surface that extends over an inside surface of the body. The magnetic movement sensor is positioned inside the axle to measure movement of the target surface.

摘要: A load suspension and weighing system for a removable reservoir unit of a portable dialysis machine includes a centrally located flexure assembly. The flexure assembly includes magnets and a number of flexure rings which allow for movement of the magnets about a fixed circuit board. Sensors in the circuit board sense changes in the magnetic field as the magnets move in relation to the circuit board. The magnetic field changes produce a voltage output which is used by a processor to generate weight calculations. The top of the flexure assembly is attached to the interior of the dialysis machine. The entirety of the reservoir unit is suspended by a first internal frame that is attached to the bottom of the flexure assembly. Having a single flexure assembly positioned above the reservoir unit provides more accurate weight measurements while also preventing damage to the assembly from water spillage.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a machine for filling at least one container with a pourable product. The machine includes a conveyor; at least one filling unit configured to engage the at least one container; and a weighing device coupled to the at least one filling unit and configured to provide weighing information related to a weight of the at least one container during a filling operation. The weighing device includes a support unit having a supporting arm configured to hold the at least one container and configured to be elastically deformed as a function of the weight of the at least one container being filled; and a sensing unit configured to provide a contactless sensing, wherein the sensing unit is configured to detect a distance from the supporting arm to a portion of the machine facing the supporting arm, the weight of the container being a function of the distance.
