The angle sensors are attached to the suspension system and configured to measure an angle with respect to gravity. A first angle sensor is configured to measure a first angle. 摘要: A vehicle wheel, and a monitoring device therewith, with a rim section and a disc section and a measuring device having at least one measuring sensor for detecting forces acting on the vehicle wheel. In order to provide a measuring device in a simplified manner, enabling to determine the dynamic load on the vehicle wheel during drive operation and static load forces, a metal strip is attached by means of an adhesive connection to the outer side of the rim section and the measuring device is assigned to the metal strip, wherein the measuring device has a bending strut provided with the at least one measuring sensor and being connected to the metal strip at two fastening zones spaced apart from one another, or the measuring sensor is connected to the metal strip and has several of differently oriented strain gauges for the local detection of a deformation of the metal strip between the fastening zones.

摘要: A vehicle weight sensing system particularly useful for trailers. An axle tube is mounted to the vehicle or trailer through its suspension members that may be leaf springs. A mounting block is affixed to the axle tube for mounting a strain gauge. The mounting block is fixed to the axle tube between the suspension members connected to the axle tube. The mounting block has a mounting surface opposite to the mating surface and a notch extends from the mating surface toward the mounting surface. The notch terminates between the mating surface and the mounting surface. The notch separates rigidified sections of the mounting block and the rigidified sections straddle the notch. The stain gauge measures strain in the axle and thereby generates a signal proportional to the weight on the trailer. The signal can be used to properly proportion a brake system on the trailer.

In one embodiment, an example autonomous vehicle may include a base comprising a first side and a second side, and a first container handling assembly coupled to the base. The first container handling assembly may be configured to support a first stack of containers, and may be configured to extend from the autonomous vehicle in a first direction over the first side of the base. The autonomous vehicle may include a first electromagnet coupled to the base along the second side, and a controller configured to energize the first electromagnet when the first container handling assembly is in an extended position in the first direction, such that the autonomous vehicle is stabilized via an electromagnetic force generated by the first electromagnet.

摘要: Noise that is present in the output of a weight sensor can lead to erroneous weight data. A moveable device, such as a tote, may be used by a customer while shopping in a facility. This tote can include one or more weight sensors that are used to determine the weight of items added to or removed from the tote. However, noise can affect the output of the weight sensors, where such noise is attributed to movement or vibration of the tote. Data from a vibration sensor or a motion sensor coupled to the tote can be analyzed to determine noise that is common to weight data and vibration data or motion data associated with the tote. This common noise can then be removed or attenuated from the weight signals to determine de-noised and valid weight data for the tote.
