    摘要: An injection mold for molding a product having at least one bar formed at one side thereof. The injection mold includes a stationary mold including an inclined pillar and a movable mold including a movable core and a sliding block mounted on a top thereof. The inclined pillar inserted in the sliding block to drive the sliding block to slide towards or away from the movable core. A shaping cavity for molding the product is formed among the movable core, the sliding block and the stationary mold. The end surface of the sliding block further defines at least one shaping groove connected with the shaping cavity for molding the bar. The movable mold further includes an ejector pin and a maintaining pillar. The maintaining pillar resists against a bottom of the sliding block to avoid the ejector pin moving upward before the bar completely parted from the shaping groove.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulating housing having a base body of which a front surface is inclined to act as a mating face. The mating face is concaved rearward to define a plurality of terminal grooves penetrating through the base body and a plurality of receiving grooves of substantial U-shape each surrounding one of the terminal grooves. Wherein there are some terminal grooves without being surrounded by any receiving grooves and each of them is located between every two adjacent receiving grooves. A plurality of terminals is inserted forward in the terminal grooves of the insulating housing respectively. Each terminal has a contact end exposed outside through a front end of the corresponding terminal groove. A plurality of magnet units each is of substantial U-shape and is assembled in the receiving groove of the insulating housing.

    摘要: A hands-free mount and a manufacturing method for a hanging structure thereof are disclosed. The hands-free mount includes a mount body and a hanging arm. The mount body is formed by a bottom shell and a top shell coupled mutually. The hanging arm includes a metal substrate and inner and outer coatings wrapping the metal substrate. The outer coating has a chamfered end located outside the bottom shell and inclined at an angle. The manufacturing method for the hanging structure of the hands-free mount uses an over-molding process to fully wrap the stainless steel core, so as to endow the hanging structure with good appearance and soft touch and prevent the product from rusting. Using the hanging structure as the hanging arm, the hands-free mount has improved firmness, appearance and touch.
