摘要： Systems and methods for using machine-learning techniques for labeling incoming calls with categories relating to a risk level. A model is generated using call log data. The call log data is augmented using information from additional data sources to generate features for the model. The model may then be used to categorize additional incoming calls. The model may be used in real-time to categorize incoming calls, or categorization results may be stored for a plurality of calling numbers. Various embodiments provide various technical advantages by virtue of how the components of the system are deployed between an endpoint communication device, a telephony provider system, and possibly other systems.

摘要： A belt cooking apparatus (10) includes a lower frame structure (12) and an upper frame structure (14) in registry with the lower frame structure. A lower cooking conveyor belt (16) is supported by the lower frame structure (12) and correspondingly an upper conveyor belt (18) is supported by the upper frame structure (14). Heating element assemblies (20) are mounted on the lower frame structure (12) just below the lower cooking belt (16) as well as on the upper frame structure (14) just above the upper cooking belt (18). Food products are cooked while positioned between the upper and lower moving cooking conveyor belts (16) and (18) by heat generated by the heating element assemblies (20) while being advanced by the conveyor belts.

摘要： Low noise silicon-germanium (SiGe) image sensor. In one embodiment, an image sensor includes a plurality of pixels arranged in rows and columns of a pixel array disposed in a semiconductor substrate. The photodiodes of an individual pixel are configured to receive an incoming light through an illuminated surface of the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate includes a first layer of semiconductor material having silicon (Si); and a second layer of semiconductor material having silicon germanium (Si1-xGex). A concentration x of Ge changes gradually through at least a portion of thickness of the second layer. Each photodiode includes a first doped region extending through the first layer of semiconductor material and the second layer of semiconductor material; and a second doped region extending through the first layer of semiconductor material and the second layer of semiconductor material.

摘要： An excimer lamp, which includes a first lamp cap, a second lamp cap, a first electrode head, a second electrode head, a conductive heat dissipation rod, a light-transparent annular sleeve, and a conductive annular net. The heat dissipation rod and conductive annular net are respectively connected to the first and second electrode heads to excite an excimer gas in the light-transparent annular sleeve. Inside the excimer lamp the, a large amount of heat can be conducted and dissipated through the conductive heat dissipation rod, and then through the heat dissipation of the first lamp cap or by heat conductive annular rings between sections of the lamp. At the same time, the conductive annular nets can also conduct and dispatch a large amount of above mentioned heat; the heat may be further conducted and dispatched through the second lamp cap or through the heat conductive annular rings, if present.
