    Abstract: A system for preserving cut-flowers using an atmospheric pressure plasma generator according to an embodiment of the present application includes a container that preserves cut-flowers, an air filter that extracts at least some of moisture contained in air in the container and discharges the same, an air compressor that generates compressed air from the air from which the at least some of the moisture was removed by the air filter, and a plasma generator that generates active species through plasma discharge using the compressed air generated from the air compressor as a plasma discharge gas.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a fine spheroidized steel sheet having an excellent heat treatment characteristic, the method including: i) manufacturing a high carbon slab that is formed of 0.3 to 1.0 wt % C, 0.1 to 1.2 wt % Mn, 0 to 0.4 wt % Si, 0.01 to 0.1 wt % Al, 0 to 0.01 wt % S, and balance Fe and an inevitably added impurity as residuals; ii) reheating the slab to a temperature of Ar3 transformation point or more; iii) roughing rolling the slab, and manufacturing a thin plate by performing finish rolling in an austenite region; iv) cooling the thin plate at a cooling speed of 50 to 300° C./sec; v) finishing the cooling of the thin plate at a temperature region of 400 to 650° C. and maintaining the temperature; vi) winding the thin plate at a temperature region of 450 to 700° C.; vii) performing cold rolling at a reduction ratio of 30% or more; and viii) spheroidizing annealing the cold rolled thin plate.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for localizing a sound source in real time. The apparatus for localizing a sound source in real time includes a sound signal acquisition unit for acquiring sound signals through two or more channels. A sample delay storage unit stores a plurality of pieces of data, sampled from the sound signals acquired through respective channels, for a predetermined period of time. A correlation calculation unit calculates correlations between the channels from the plurality of pieces of sampled data stored in the sample delay storage unit. A sound source direction calculation unit calculates an azimuth angle of the sound source using both the correlations between the channels and location relationships of the sound signal acquisition unit. Accordingly, the present invention can localize a sound source in real time.

    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and method for ensuring fairness of user datagram protocol (UDP) data transmission in an Ethernet environment. Transmission control protocol (TCP) transmission rate calculator calculates a current TCP transmission rate based on amount of a TCP data stream transmitted in real time from a transmission apparatus and received by a reception apparatus. TCP transmission rate calculator calculates the optimum transmission rate on the basis of the received amount of a TCP data stream transmitted to the reception apparatus before UDP data transmission of the transmission apparatus is started. When UDP data is transmitted from a transmission apparatus to a reception apparatus, a TCP data stream for determining fairness is transmitted together, so that the apparatus and method can be simplified by adding only the TCP stream without an additional module for estimating a queuing delay time on the basis of a round-trip time (RTT) and so on.
