摘要: A method for depositing a coating comprising a polymer and pharmaceutical agent on a substrate, comprising the following steps: discharging at least one pharmaceutical agent in a therapeutically desirable morphology in dry powder form through a first orifice; discharging at least one polymer in dry powder form through a second orifice; depositing the polymer and/or pharmaceutical particles onto said substrate, wherein an electrical potential is maintained between the substrate and the pharmaceutical and/or polymer particles, thereby forming said coating; and sintering said coating under conditions that do not substantially modify the morphology of said pharmaceutical agent.

摘要: A flat steel product for hot forming may be produced from a steel substrate that includes a steel comprising 0.1-3% by weight Mn and up to 0.01% by weight B, along with a protective coating that is applied to the steel substrate. The protective coating may be based on Al and may contain up to 20% by weight of other alloy elements. Also disclosed are methods for producing such flat steel products, steel components, and methods for producing steel components. Absorption of hydrogen is minimized during heating necessary for hot forming. This is achieved at least in part through an alloy constituent of 0.1-0.5% by weight of at least one alkaline earth or transition metal in the protective coating, wherein an oxide of the alkaline earth or transition metal is formed on an outer surface of the protective coating during hot forming of the flat steel product.

摘要: Provided is a hot press-formed (HPF) member with excellent powdering resistance at the time of press forming. The HPF member includes a hot-dip coating layer containing Al on a surface of a base steel sheet. The base steel sheet includes, based on wt %, 0.18-0.25% of C, 0.1-1.0% of Si, 0.9-1.5% of Mn, 0.03% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.01-0.05% of Al, 0.05-0.5% of Cr, 0.01-0.05% of Ti, 0.001-0.005% of B, 0.009% or less of N, the balance Fe, and the other impurities. The hot-dip coating layer comprises a soft diffusion layer and a hard alloy layer. The alloy layer has a Tau phase in the range of 10-30%, in terms of area percent.

摘要: A coated substrate including a 1 to 3 mils thick coating layer has a Bayer abrasion resistance value of less than 1% Haze after 600 cycles. The coating layer includes a reaction product of a coating composition including a polyester diol, a di-isocyanate, and a fluorocarbon-based additive. A method of forming the coating layer on the substrate includes mixing reactants including a polyester diol, a di-isocyanate and a flurocarbon-based additive to form a polyurethane coating composition; depositing the polyurethane coating composition on the substrate; and curing the polyurethane coating composition to form an abrasion resistant coating on the substrate.

摘要: A bake-hardening galvanized steel sheet having a base steel sheet and a coating layer formed on the base steel sheet, the base steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a metallographic structure including a ferrite phase and a cementite phase, in which an average ferrite grain diameter is controlled to be 10 μm or more and 30 μm or less, and in which the surface area of the interface between ferrite and cementite per unit volume is controlled to be 1.0/mm or more and 10.0/mm or less, a hydrogen concentration in steel of the base steel sheet is controlled to be less than 0.1 ppm, and a zinc coating weight per unit surface area of the steel sheet is controlled to be 40 g/m2 or more and 100 g/m2 or less.

Reflective films disclosed herein are useful for solar reflecting, solar collecting, and solar concentrating applications, such as for the generation of electrical power.

摘要: There is provided a composition for forming a hard coat layer which has high slippage and is excellent in water/oil repellency and also has antifouling properties such as fingerprint resistance and dirt wiping-off properties, and which is curable through ultraviolet irradiation in a nitrogen atmosphere or an air atmosphere that is generally used. A silicon-containing highly branched polymer obtained by polymerization of a monomer A having two or more radically polymerizable double bonds in a molecule and a monomer B having a polysiloxane chain and at least one radically polymerizable double bond in a molecule in the presence of a polymerization initiator D in an amount of 5 to 200% by mole relative to the number of moles of the monomer A; a curable composition including the highly branched polymer; a cured film obtained from the composition; and a hard coat film obtained by use of the composition.
