摘要: The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one antigen and an adjuvant composition, where the adjuvant composition comprises a saponin and a liposome. The liposome of the composition comprises monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA), cholesterol and a phospholipid that is in a liquid crystalline state at greater than or equal to 23° C., and the concentration of cholesterol to lipid in the liposome is greater than 50% (mol/mol). The antigen in the composition is a soluble Plasmodium falciparum recombinant circumsporozoite protein (rCSP) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, or a P. falciparum rCSP peptide that is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.

The electrical current connector can be configured to provide electrical current when pressure is applied to a prong set. This pressure can cause a contact to engage with a connector. This can complete a circuit that allows the electrical current to flow. The connector can be coupled to a cable that can be configured to transfer data along with the electrical current. The cable can have an inner portion that transfers the data while an outer portion that surrounds the inner portion transfers the current.

摘要: An enclosure for a UAS includes a housing having a base and a plurality of sidewalls coupled to the base, a motive apparatus coupled to the housing, a platform coupled to the motive apparatus, and a plurality of lids pivotably coupled to the sidewalls and the platform. The platform and the plurality of lids move collectively under control of the motive apparatus (e.g., a linear actuator). Driving the motive apparatus in a first direction causes the platform to raise from a stowed position toward a deployed position and causes each of the plurality of lids to pivot from a closed position toward an open position. Conversely, driving the motive apparatus in a second direction opposite the first direction causes the platform to lower from the deployed position toward the stowed position and causes each of the plurality of lids to pivot from the open position toward the closed position.

摘要: A method and a system analyze an individual's physiological data to identify aberrant vital-signs patterns and estimate an infection probability. The identification includes determining a score based on the current vital-sign measurements, and the mean and standard deviation of baseline vital-signs values. In one embodiment, the mean and the standard deviation are selected based on the corresponding baseline time window and activity bin of the current vital-sign measurement. The score is identified as normal when between two thresholds and aberrant outside of those two thresholds. Estimation of infection probability pt, at monitoring time t, is a recursive estimate of the infection probability of infection pt: p t = 1 1 + ( p h p i ) n ( 1 - p h 1 - p i ) k ( 1 p t - 1 - 1 ) where ph and pi, respectively, represent the probability of observing aberrant vital-signs in healthy and infected individuals, and n and k, respectively, represent the number of aberrant and normal scores in the monitoring time window. In one implementation, the vital-sign used is the individual's heart rate.
