Abstract: Systems and methods for broadcast control channel power boost scheduling for wireless communications base stations are provided. In one embodiment, a method comprises transmitting a downlink wireless communication frame from a base station to UE within a coverage area, the downlink wireless communication frame comprising a first bandwidth divided into a first plurality of resource blocks; determining when a slot of the frame is scheduled to carry a downlink broadcast control channel; when the slot is not scheduled to carry the downlink broadcast control channel, scheduling the first plurality of resource blocks for the slot; when the slot is scheduled to carry the downlink broadcast control channel, scheduling fewer resource blocks than the first plurality of resource blocks for the slot in a second bandwidth smaller than the first bandwidth; and modulating the slot using a number of subcarriers corresponding to a number of scheduled resource blocks.

Abstract: A wireless communication relay tests data throughputs over a Fifth Generation New Radio (5GNR) network XCVR and a wireline network XCVR. The testing over the wireline network XCVR comprises a test of the data throughputs through a Local Break-Out (LBO) router or an N3 Interworking Function (N3IWF). The relay selects one of the 5GNR network XCVR and the wireline network XCVR based on the data throughput testing and indicates the selected network XCVR to a user XCVR. The user XCVR exchanges user data with the wireless UE and exchanges the user data with the selected one of the 5GNR network XCVR and the wireline network XCVR. The selected one of the 5GNR network XCVR and the wireline network XCVR exchanges the user data with one or more data communication networks.

Abstract: A method for delivering a network slice to a user is disclosed. The method includes receiving communication from a network slice artifact comprising a multi-segment filename that includes a first segment comprising instructions for executing the network slice artifact, and a second segment comprising an identity of a network slice instantiable by the network slice artifact. The method also includes retrieving a set of executable instructions associated with the network slice from a data store of the network in response to receiving the communication from the network slice artifact, and communicating the set of executable instructions to the network slice artifact whereby the network slice artifact instantiates the network slice transforming the computer system into an endpoint node of the network slice. The method further includes completing the instantiation of the network slice in response to receiving the communication from the network slice artifact.

The wireless communication network and the wireless user device encrypt and decrypt data that they exchange with one another based on the cryptography keys.

Abstract: Aspects provided herein provide methods, systems, and a non-transitory computer storage media storing computer-useable instructions for dynamically adjusting paging settings in a network. The method begins with determining a first page success rate for a device on the network. The first page success rate for the device is then compared with a predetermined paging threshold. The device may be categorized into a subscriber profile identifier if the first page success rate for the device is less than the predetermined paging threshold. Based on the subscriber profile identifier, at least one of an aggregation level or a number of pages per second is adjusted.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamically disabling beamforming for particular user devices. At a node that utilizes carrier aggregation, a node, such as an eNodeB or a gNodeB, communicates with a user device that is located at a cell edge, the communicating comprising transmitting data on at least two channels that utilize beamforming. Performance of the user device is determined to be below a predetermined threshold. When this occurs, beamforming capabilities are disabled for at least one of the at least two channels used to communicate with the user device.
