Abstract: Disclosed is a method for reconstruction of a Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer (CEST) contrast image. The method includes: generating training samples for a deep neural network; training the deep neural network with the training samples to obtain a trained deep neural network; and reconstructing a CEST contrast image by using the trained deep neural network and PROPELLER undersampled CEST images. The method for reconstruction of a CEST contrast image can effectively shorten the experimental time of a CEST contrast imaging and can obtain a smoother and more accurate CEST contrast image. Further disclosed is a system for reconstruction of a CEST contrast image to implement the method for reconstruction.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a primary lithium battery comprising a reactive solid cathode, a liquid electrolyte, a separator, and a lithium anode. The liquid electrolyte is ionic conductive and is configured to undergo a series coupling reaction after solid phase reaction of the reactive solid cathode and the lithium anode. The liquid electrolyte comprises a solvent and an electrolyte salt, and a concentration of the electrolyte salt in the liquid electrolyte is 0.1-3 mol/L. The solvent comprises a sulfite ester type compound and an organic solvent, and a concentration of the sulfite ester type compound in the organic solvent is 5 wt % to 90 wt %.

Abstract: The invention discloses a lithium metal anode protection method improving lithium utilization efficiency, and relates to the field of lithium batteries. In a lithium battery, lithium metal is deposited on a current collector as a battery anode, and a high molecular polymer is added as an additive to an ester electrolyte. In the present application, the high molecular polymer is prepared by a polymerization reaction of monomer A being acrylonitrile or derivatives thereof, monomer B being perfluoroalkyl ethyl methacrylate or derivatives thereof, and monomer C being alkyl alcohol diacrylate or derivatives thereof. Due to the negative charge on the surface of lithium metal, the —CN and —CF3 in the polymer are strong electron-withdrawing groups, which promote the preferential adsorption of electrolyte additives on the surface of lithium metal and reduce the contact of other components in the electrolyte with lithium metal.

Abstract: The invention relates to a mutated HPV66 L1 protein (or a variant thereof), a sequence encoding the same, a method for preparing the same, and a virus-like particle comprising the same, wherein the protein (or a variant thereof) and the virus-like particle can induce the generation of neutralizing antibodies against at least two HPV types (e.g. HPV66 and HPV56, or HPV66, HPV56 and HPV53), and therefore can be used to prevent infection by said at least two HPV types, and a disease caused by said infection, such as cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum. Abstract: Disclosed are antibodies to anti-hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) (especially humanized antibodies), nucleic acid molecules encoding same, methods for preparing same, and pharmaceutical compositions containing same. The antibodies have higher affinity for HBsAg at neutral pH than at acidic pH, thereby significantly enhancing the virus clearance efficiency and prolonging the virus inhibition time. The antibodies and the pharmaceutical compositions can be used for preventing and/or treating HBV infections or diseases related to HBV infections (e.g., hepatitis B), for neutralizing the virulence of HBV in a subject (e.g., a human), for reducing the serum level of HBV DNA and/or HBsAg in the body of the subject, or for activating the humoral immune response of the subject (e.g., a chronic HBV infected or chronic hepatitis B patient) against HBV.

Abstract: A method for extracting a gear tooth profile edge based on an engagement-pixel image edge tracking method includes defining a transmission ratio relationship between a cutter and an envelope tooth profile, setting a cutter profile step size and an envelope step size, acquiring instantaneous contact images at different engaging times, and performing a binarization processing on each curve envelope cluster image; sweeping a boundary of an envelope curve cluster, acquiring pixel points of the edge; preliminarily tracking a tooth profile edge, and then performing a secondary extraction and compensation on the pixel points; calibrating coordinates of a cutter profile; extracting a pixel coordinate of an instantaneous engaging point; converting the pixel points among different instantaneous engaging images; extracting a final tooth profile coordinate of the gear, and performing a tooth shape error analysis and a contact line error analysis.
