    Abstract: A display panel includes a touch scanning electrode and a touch sensing electrode. One of the touch scanning electrode and the touch sensing electrode is provided with at least one separation layer therein or both the touch scanning electrode and the touch sensing electrode are provided with at least one separation layer therein respectively, and the at least one separation layer separates the touch scanning electrode or the touch sensing electrode which is provided with the at least one separation layer into at least two electrode sub-layers, wherein, the at least two electrode sub-layers are made of an electrode material capable of being transformed from an amorphous state into a polycrystalline state, and the at least one separation layer is used for preventing the electrode material from being subject to a crystallization reaction before a crystallization process.

    Abstract: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The touch panel comprises touch electrodes (14), an insulating layer (15) is disposed above or below the level where the touch electrodes (14) are located, or insulating layers (15) are disposed above and below the level where the touch electrodes (14) are located. With the touch panel, short-circuit and open-circuit issue that is very easy to occur during formation of the touch electrodes (14) can be avoided, thereby enhancing the yield and reducing the cost.

    Abstract: A color filter substrate and a fabrication method thereof, and a transflective liquid crystal display device are provided. The color filter substrate comprises: a transparent base substrate; a plurality of separators formed on a surface of the transparent base substrate and separating the surface of the transparent base substrate into a plurality of color filter regions; a plurality of color filter patterns that arrange alternatively with the separators, wherein each color filter pattern covers one color filter region; an aperture formed in the color filter pattern on at least one of the color filter regions; a flat protective layer at least disposed on the color filter pattern and the aperture, wherein an upper surface of a portion of the flat protective layer above the color filter pattern is even with an upper surface of a portion of the flat protective layer above the aperture.
