Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. Abstract: A light-emitting control shift register includes an input circuit, a pulse width adjustment circuit, a pull-up circuit, a pull-down control circuit and a pull-down circuit.
