Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting uplink control information (UCI). By applying technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention, implemented is a method for simultaneously transmitting an ACK/NACK and cycle CSI on a channel resource corresponding to a current subframe: dynamically determining, on the basis of a threshold number of bits simultaneously transmitted with the UCI in the current subframe, also of the maximum number of feedback bits and of the minimum number of feedback bits of the ACK/NACK in the current subframe, ACK/NACK bits and CSI bits simultaneously transmitted in the current frame, thus ensuring that the sum of the bits simultaneously transmitted does not exceed the threshold number of bits simultaneously transmitted with the UCI in the current subframe, preventing as much as possible ACK/NACK merging and CSI discarding, and protecting to the maximum extent the accuracy and completeness of UCI transmission.

The embodiments of the present application relate to a method for performing hybrid automatic repeat request feedback, and a terminal, for solving the problem existing in the prior art that there is no clear solution regarding how to perform feedback on HARQ-ACK of an SPS PDSCH. In the embodiments of the present application, the terminal adds or removes HARQ-ACK of an SPS PDSCH in an HARQ-ACK codebook transmitted over a PUCCH or a PUSCH, and transmits a processed HARQ-ACK codebook. Since the terminal can add or remove the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH in the HARQ-ACK codebook transmitted over the PUCCH or the PUSCH, a solution to perform feedback on the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH is given, improving system performance.

A data transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The data transmission method includes: receiving a PDSCH; and mapping HARQ-ACK feedback information corresponding to a PDSCH with repetition transmissions at least to a first transmission position for transmission, where the first transmission position is a position corresponding to a last transmission of the repetition transmissions of the PDSCH in a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook.

A UCI transmission method, a UCI reception method, a terminal, a base station and devices are provided. The UCI transmission method includes: determining a first transmission resource for first UCI and second transmission resources for second UCI; and when the first transmission resource overlaps at least two second transmission resources in a time domain, transmitting the first UCI and the second UCI simultaneously on at least one of the at least two second transmission resources.

Disclosed in the invention are a transmission method, a device, a terminal, a base station and a storage medium. The method comprises: the terminal receiving a downlink transmission; and sorting ACK/NACK feedback information of the downlink transmission according to a DAI corresponding to the downlink transmission, to obtain an ACK/NACK sequence to be fed back, and sending same. The DAI performs cumulative counting on the downlink transmission, according to at least the order of a transmitting and receiving node (TRP). Provided is a transmission scheme in which ACK/NACK feedback can be performed in a case where the terminal simultaneously receives two PDSCHs in the same serving cell.

A method for determining and configuring a resource used for transmitting downlink data, a terminal and a base station: the base station configures, for each terminal, resource collections or resource collection subgroups used for receiving downlink data, and then the base station notifies the terminal, by means of an explicit signaling, whether all of the resource collections or each resource collection of the configured resource collections are available, or whether all of resource collection subgroups or each resource collection subgroup of the resource collection subgroups are available, thus allowing the terminal to determine, according to the notification, the time-frequency resource position of a resource used to receive downlink data, so that the terminal may carry out rate matching on the determined resource.

Disclosed in the present application are a uplink control channel transmission method and device, for solving the problems, in the prior art, that no relevant solution for defining the transmission structure of a long NR-PUCCH with different lengths in consideration with whether the intra-slot frequency hopping is supported is available yet. The method includes: determining a transmission length or format of a uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a slot; determining a transmission structure of the PUCCH on the basis of the transmission length or format; and transmitting the PUCCH in the slot according to the transmission structure.

The method comprises: a terminal receives configuration information sent by a base station device, the configuration information comprising control resource set (CORESET) group information or PDCCH candidate group information in at least one CORESET allocated by the base station device to the terminal in a downlink control channel monitoring occasion; when the configuration information comprises the CORESET group information, the terminal determines at least one group of CORESETs from the configuration information, and detects and receives at most one piece of DCI from each group of CORESETs in the at least one group of CORESETs according to a specific DCI format expected by the terminal; when the configuration information comprises the PDCCH candidate group information in the at least one CORESET, the terminal determines at least one group of PDCCH candidates from the configuration information, and detects and receives at most one piece of DCI from each group of PDCCH candidates in the at least one group of PDCCH candidates according to the specific DCI format expected by the terminal.
