    摘要: The object of the present invention is to form a film of a high quality on a constituent part in a compressor. The compressor has a swash plate as a constituent part to be filmed. The swash plate on which the film is to be formed is arranged on a seat of a film forming device. An adhesive layer is formed to the end surfaces of the swash plate in advance. A sheet to form a film is absorbed to a hollow body of a suction device of the film forming device, and press-contacted to the swash plate. The sheet is thus adhered to the end surface of the swash plate.

    摘要: A variable capacity type compressor has a tiltable swash plate and pistons. A control valve is arranged to change the pressure in the crank chamber, to vary the capacity of the compressor by changing the inclination angle of the swash plate by changing the pressure in the crank chamber. The control valve has independently movable first and second plungers and a coil arranged around the first and second plungers so that the coil generates an electromagnetic attraction force acting on and between the first and second plungers. First and second valve elements provided on the first and second plungers can adjust the degree of opening of the first and second fluid passages.

The check valve has a valve seat member having a flow passage and a valve seat, a case attached to the valve seat member, and a valve element arranged in the case for cooperation with the valve seat. The case has a communication hole formed therethrough to allow the gas to flow from the flow passage through the communication hole to the outside circuit. An annular groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the valve element to allow a leaking gas to flow from the clearance space between the valve element and the valve housing to the exterior of the valve housing.

A hinge mechanism is located between the rotor and the swash plate. The hinge mechanism rotates the swash plate integrally with the rotor and guides the pivoting and the sliding motion of the swash plate. The hinge mechanism includes a swing arm, which extends from the swash plate. The swash plate is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy material. The swing arm is separate from the swash plate and is made of iron-based metal material. Therefore, while the swash plate is light, the hinge mechanism is strong.

The friction reducing coating layer is provided on the wall surface of the through hole to lower a coefficient of friction of the support portion.

    摘要: An axial multi-piston compressor comprises a drive shaft, a cylinder block having cylinder bores formed therein and surrounding the drive shaft, and a plurality of pistons slidably received in the cylinder bores, respectively, wherein the pistons are successively reciprocated in the cylinder bores by a rotation of the drive shaft so that a suction stroke and a discharge stroke are alternately executed in each of the cylinder bores. During the suction stroke, a fluid is introduced into the cylinder bore, and during the compression stroke, the introduced fluid is compressed and discharged from the cylinder bore such that a residual part of the compressed fluid is inevitably left in the cylinder bore when the compression stroke is finished. The compressor further comprises a rotary valve for allowing the residual part of the compressed fluid to escape from the cylinder bore into another cylinder bore not governed by the compression stroke, whereby a pressure of the residual part of the compressed fluid can be lowered.

    摘要: A variable displacement swash plate type compressor comprises a suction chamber, a discharge chamber and a crank chamber. A flow rate control valve mechanism is provided along a refrigerant supply passage, which connects the discharge chamber to the crank chamber. The flow rate control valve mechanism is provided with a discharge pressure chamber and an intermediate chamber. A valve hole is provided between the discharge pressure chamber and the intermediate chamber, to permit both chambers to communicate with each other. A pressure sensitive member is provided in the intermediate chamber to separate the intermediate chamber into a first and a second pressure sensitive chambers. The first pressure sensitive chamber communicates with the discharge pressure chamber via the valve hole. The second pressure sensitive chamber communicates with either the crank chamber or the suction chamber. The pressure sensitive member is displaceable as a function of the pressure difference between the first and second pressure sensitive chambers. A restriction permits the first pressure sensitive chamber and the crank chamber to communicate with each other. A valve body is coupled to the pressure sensitive member to be displaceable in synchrony with the action of the pressure sensitive member, and regulates the opening of the valve hole according to the displacement. A return member biases the valve body and the pressure sensitive member to a valve open position when the pressure in the discharge chamber becomes almost zero.
