A process for producing an aluminum electrode foil for a capacitor, which includes a first step of preparing an emulsion from a mixture including a first phase of a liquid resin or a resin solution obtained by dissolving a resin in a solvent, a second phase of a liquid that is incompatible with the first phase, and an emulsifier; a second step of coating the emulsion on a surface of an aluminum foil; a third step of removing the second phase to form a resin film having a plurality of pores on its surface; a fourth step of etching the aluminum foil having the resin film formed thereon; and a fifth step of removing the resin film after etching. The production process can form high-density etching pits with high accuracy.

A handy terminal allowing an object of interest such as a cargo to be efficiently searched utilizing an RFID tag is provided. A detection unit detects the distance and direction of an RFID tag attached to an object of search from a point for observing the distance and direction. A reading unit reads information on the external shape of the object of search written in a memory portion of the RFID tag. An image processing unit displays a three-dimensional graphic of the disposition of the RFID tag based on the distance and direction detected by the detection unit and compositely displaying a three-dimensional appearance image of the object of search estimated from the external shape information of the object of search read by the reading unit in the position where the three-dimensional graphic of the RFID tag is displayed.

The chip-type solid electrolytic capacitor includes capacitor elements laminated such that anode electrodes face alternately in opposite directions; a pair of anode terminals opposing to each other; and a pair of cathode terminals opposing to each other. The magnetic fluxes generated by current passing between respective terminals are mutually cancelled, thus allowing ESL to be drastically reduced. Further reduction of ESL is feasible by shortening the distance between the terminals as much as possible so as to reduce the current loop area.

A voltage command correction unit 9 according to the present invention corrects voltage commands such that pulse width of a line voltage becomes zero when the pulse width of the line voltage is less than the minimum pulse width, not to output a line pulse, and an error generated by the correction is integrated. This integrated error is added to the line voltage in the next time, and the integrated pulse width of the line voltage is outputted when the pulse width becomes larger than or equal to the minimum pulse width.
