摘要： Information is stored in an RFID provided to a goods conveyed by a conveying apparatus and from which information is readable in a noncontact manner. A presence detection sensor that detects the presence of the goods conveyed by the conveying apparatus; a reader that reads the information stored in the RFID in the noncontact manner; a moving apparatus that moves the reader; and a control apparatus that controls the operation of the moving apparatus are provided in a system. The control apparatus presumes the presence position, where the goods is present, on the conveying apparatus based on the detection value of the presence detection sensor, and controls the operation of the moving apparatus so that the reader stays, for a predetermined time, in a space where the reader can read the information from the RFID that is present in the presumed presence position.

The privacy protection device stores determination data for determining whether to mask privacy information included in the content. The privacy protection device determines whether to mask the privacy information by comparing the distance, which is calculated based on the current location of the provider terminal indicated by the provider location information and the current location of the browser terminal indicated by the browser location information, to the determination data stored in the determination data storage part. Finally, the privacy protection device edits the privacy information included in the content so that the privacy information is concealed from the browser when the privacy masking determination part determines to mask the privacy information.

The control apparatus presumes the presence position, where the goods is present, on the conveying apparatus based on the detection value of the presence detection sensor, and controls the operation of the moving apparatus so that the reader stays, for a predetermined time, in a space where the reader can read the information from the RFID that is present in the presumed presence position.

If there is the difference, this transmits a confirm request to a different terminal apparatus, and when receiving a confirm report indicative of the normality, updates the stored map information.

As such, the state management apparatus makes determinations for providing various services and controlling based on the state information of a plurality of objects such as people, equipment and the like. As a result, implementation of the service applications can be simplified, and developing efficiency can be increased. In addition, it becomes easy to realize flexible services.
