摘要: An embodiment integrated-type air-conditioning system includes a refrigerant circuit including first and second refrigerant lines, a first coolant circuit including a battery, and a second coolant circuit including a PE part. The first refrigerant line includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, a first expansion device, and an outdoor heat exchanger, and the second refrigerant line includes a second expansion device and an integrated heat exchanger. The second refrigerant line branches from a branch point between the indoor heat exchanger and the first expansion device in the first refrigerant line and branches from a point between the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger through a switching valve to be connected to the compressor. The first coolant circuit and the second coolant circuit are each connected to the integrated heat exchanger so as to allow a coolant to exchange heat with a refrigerant.

摘要: In an embodiment a system includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a switch vale, an integrated heat exchanger a first expander and a second expander connected to the refrigerant line, wherein the switch valve is configured to selectively circulate a refrigerant from the compressor either first to the indoor heat exchanger or first to the outdoor heat exchanger, wherein the integrated heat exchanger is configured to receive the refrigerant from the indoor heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger, wherein the integrated heat exchanger is configured to act as a heat pump exchanging heat between the refrigerant and a heat exchange medium, wherein the first expander is configured to selectively expand the refrigerant related to the indoor heat exchanger, wherein the second expander is configured to selectively expand the refrigerant related to the integrated heat exchanger, and a controller configured to control refrigerant circulation directions through the switching valve according to a cooling mode, a heating mode, or a dehumidification mode such that the indoor heat exchanger is able to generate air-conditioning air based on each mode.

摘要: A thermal management system for electric vehicles has a coolant circulation line provided in a charging station and containing therein a coolant having a predetermined temperature. A connector connects the coolant circulation line and a cooling system of a vehicle. A controller receives an ambient temperature of the vehicle. When a battery of the vehicle is rapidly charged, the controller controls the coolant circulation line of the charging station to be fastened to the cooling system of the vehicle so that the coolant in the charging station enters the cooling system through the connector. The controller controls the coolant overheated or supercooled to the predetermined temperature to be supplied to the vehicle according to a cooling condition or a heating condition of the battery while the vehicle is being charged through the connector.
