Abstract:
There is provided a method for transmitting an uplink message performed by a user equipment (UE). The method may comprise: receiving, by the UE, a request message about a visited cell history; and transmitting, by the UE, in response to the request, the visited cell history. The cell visited history may include time information corresponding to the current cell.

The method includes generating mobility information and reporting the mobility information via a network. The mobility information includes mobility state information indicating the estimated mobility state of the terminal, and mobility history information relating to the mobility history of the terminal.
Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for receiving a service by means of a user equipment connected to a first network in a wireless communication system. More particularly, the method comprises: a step of transmitting, to a first network, a first message for radio access technology (RAT) change to a second network; a step of accessing the second network; and a step of receiving the service from the second network, wherein the service is provided only in the second network.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to mobility execution in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a measurement configuration comprising at least one time to trigger (TTT) comprising a first TTT; receiving a conditional mobility command related to a target cell, wherein the conditional mobility command comprises a mobility condition for which a first measurement quantity and a second measurement quantity are configured; and accessing to the target cell based on that the mobility condition is satisfied for the first measurement quantity for at least the first TTT and the mobility condition is satisfied for the second measurement quantity for at least a time duration, wherein the mobility condition is satisfied for the first measurement quantity earlier than for the second measurement quantity, and wherein the time duration is shorter than the first TTT.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a light outputting device for skin care includes a care module including at least one or more care light sources and a care module substrate on which the at least one or more care light sources are mounted; a housing configured to surround the care module; a care body including the care module and the housing; and a length adjustment part connected to both ends of the care body, wherein the housing and the care module substrate are formed to have a first curvature in a first direction and a second curvature in a second direction, and wherein at least one of the first curvature and the second curvature is variable within a predetermined range.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for handling radio link failure on unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs Listen Before Talk (LBT) procedure on a serving cell on an unlicensed frequency. A wireless device detects consecutive failures of the LBT procedure on the serving cell. A wireless device bars all cells on the unlicensed frequency for a certain period time.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for measurement reporting during a conditional PCell handover in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from the source cell, a handover command including a handover condition for a target cell. A wireless device performs measurement on at least one of neighbor cells. A wireless device transmits, to the target cell, a handover complete message based on that the handover condition for the target cell is met, wherein the handover complete message includes results of the measurement on the at least one of the neighbor cells.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for handling of missing reference signal on unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system is provided. The upper layer of the wireless device receives, from a lower layer of the wireless device, a first indication related to a first reference signal from a network, wherein the first indication is one of In-Sync (IS) indication or Out-of-Sync (OOS) indication. The upper layer of the wireless device starts a timer. The upper layer of the wireless device receives, from the lower layer of the wireless device, a second indication while the timer is running, wherein the second indication informs that a second reference signal from the network is missing. The upper layer of the wireless device increases a counter related to the first indication upon receiving the second indication.
Abstract:
Systems and techniques for obtaining system information in a wireless communication system include: receiving a System Information Block Type 1 (SIB1) from a first cell, the SIB1 including information for acquiring an on-demand SI; requesting the on-demand SI to the first cell; based on the on-demand SI being not received from the first cell in a first specific period of time after the requesting the on-demand SI to the first cell is successful, re-requesting the on-demand SI to the first cell; and based on the on-demand SI being not received from the first cell in a second specific period of time after a total number of requesting the on-demand SI to the first cell reaches a maximum value, re-selecting a second cell under assumption that the first cell is a barred cell.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for Radio Link Monitoring for multiple active bandwidth parts in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives a BWP configuration including information on (i) multiple BWPs, and (ii) a priority for the multiple BWPs. A wireless device activates a first BWP and a second BWP among the multiple BWPs. A wireless device performs RLM procedure only for the first BWP which has been determined as a primary active BWP. A wireless device determines to change the primary active BWP from the first BWP to the second BWP upon detecting a BWP failure for the first BWP. A wireless device performs RLM procedure for the second BWP which is selected as the primary active BWP.
