摘要： An warming-up operation is performed by driving the first coil and the second coil in accordance in an operating mode already stored, until the temperatures T1 and T2 detected by the first and second temperature sensors, respectively, reach preset value Ts. A temperature rise ΔT1 per unit time of the temperature T1 detected by the first temperature sensor during the warming-up operation is determined. Also, temperature rise ΔT2 per unit time of the temperature T2 detected by the second temperature sensor during the warming-up operation is determined. The operating mode is updated to such an operating mode that the temperature rises ΔT1 and ΔT2 determined by the second control section become equal to each other.

摘要： A method of obtaining a spectrum in a Fourier transformation infrared spectrophotometer includes the following steps: sampling a set of data while a movable mirror of the Fourier transformation infrared spectrophotometer performs a reciprocal movement, wherein the set of data constitutes an interferogram; judging whether the interferogram is reliable or not by comparing the shape of the interferogram with a shape of another interferogram or shapes of other interferograms obtained through neighboring measurement of measurements; accumulating the data of interferograms that are judged to be reliable; and constituting an absorption spectrum using a Fourier transformation method based on the accumulated data. Since unreliable data are adequately avoided from the data accumulation, the reliability of the accumulated data is assured, and an accurate absorption spectrum can be obtained. Thus, even when a mechanical disturbance or an electrical shock affects the measurement instantaneously, there is no need to repeat the measurement, and the absorption spectrum obtained after the measurement is still reliable. This is especially useful when the sample does not allow a second measurement.

摘要： A grip attachment to an implement arm of construction or industrial equipment via a swivel coupling comprises three interdigitating, articulate fingers, two pivotable about a first axis and the other pivotable about a second axis parallel to the first. Each finger consists of a first segment pivotable about the first or second axis and a second segment pin-jointed to the first segment. Hydraulic cylinders are employed to cause pivotal motion of the fingers about the first and second axes, and of their second segments relative to the first segments. An additional hydraulic cylinder acts to cause pivotal displacement of the second axis about the first axis, so that the finger pivotable about the second axis can be extended and contracted with respect to the other two fingers.
