    摘要: In a network management operation system connected via a communication line to a network having a plurality of object instances to be managed, the management information database stores management information of the containment relationship between object instances in the form of table. When an operator designates some object instances and enters a control command for the designated object instances, the management information of the designated object instances is retrieved from the management information database and a containment tree (management information having a containment structure) corresponding to the containment relationship between the designated object instances is generated, respectively within the network management operation system. In accordance with the generated containment tree, a scope pattern of Common Management Information Service (CMIS) of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) is automatically generated.

    摘要: An improvement is proposed in a double-coated patterning plate, which consists of a substrate, an undercoat levelling layer and a photoresist layer thereon, as well as in the patterning method therewith. Different from conventional double-coated patterning plate in which the undercoat levelling layer is formed from poly(methyl methacrylate) resin, the layer in the invention is formed from a copolymeric resin of methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate in a specified copolymerization ratio and the resin is admixed with 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone. By virtue of the use of this unique resin composition for the undercoat levelling layer, the troubles due to intermixing between the undercoat levelling layer and the photoresist layer thereon can be avoided to impart the patterned resist layer with excellent properties.

    摘要: Planar display devices which have a small thickness and used as a display unit of a television set, a monitor or the like. A control electrode portion for passing electrons through a given electron-passing hole selected from a plurality of electron-passing holes provided on an insulating substrate is formed by coating the insulating substrate with a conductive film and dividing them into a plurality of conductive films as control electrodes. This structure obviates the mesh structure of electrons which are necessary in the case of arranging control electrodes on the insulating substrate, thereby realizing high-definition display devices with improved luminance. In addition, planar display devices provided with a surface insulated substrate produced by forming an insulating film on a conductive substrate having electron-passing holes and a plurality of separate control electrodes arranged on the surface insulated substrate, it is possible to prevent the charge-up effect which obstructs the passage of electron beams and, hence, to enhance the luminance by (1) providing a voltage applying means for applying a predetermined voltage to the conductive substrate, (2) providing a portion at which the conductive substrate is exposed between the adjacent control electrodes, and so on.
