摘要： The present invention provides a wet friction member exhibiting excellent dynamic friction performance and a carbon fiber composite material for manufacturing the wet friction member. A carbon fiber composite material 10 of the present invention contains carbon fibers 11 and a matrix 12 joining the carbon fibers 11 with each other, and the matrix has fine pores having diameters of 3.5 nm to 100 nm. Since the fine pores having diameters of a nanometer (nm) order is formed in the matrix 12 of the carbon fiber composite material 10, the specific surface area of the carbon fiber composite material 10 is increased. As a result, a wet friction member made of the carbon fiber composite material 10 has an improved dynamic friction performance.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a photoreceptor member; a LED head that includes a plurality of light emitting diodes arrayed in a line along a rotating axial direction of said photoreceptor member and that is modulated in response to image signals, so as to expose said photoreceptor member while said photoreceptor member is rotating; a deviation detecting sensor to detect deviations on a circumferential surface of said photoreceptor member; a filter to extract low frequency components including a rotational frequency component of said photoreceptor member from deviation signals detected by said deviation detecting sensor, so as to acquire deviation information with respect to said circumferential surface of said photoreceptor member; a driving section to move said LED head back and forth against said circumferential surface of said photoreceptor member; and a position controlling section to control said driving section, based on said deviation information acquired by said filter, so as to keep a distance between said LED head and said circumferential surface of said photoreceptor member constant.

摘要： While a conveying error of a roller depends on the eccentricity of the roller, the amount and the state of the eccentricity sometimes makes the roller have different conveying errors from one point in the longitudinal direction of the roller to another. There is provided a construction for obtaining a correction value that is suitable for the correction of the conveying error even in such a case as described above. To this end, plural test patterns are formed in the longitudinal direction of the roller. Then, a suitable correction value for correcting the conveying error that depends on the eccentricity of the roller is obtained on the basis of these test patterns.

Thereby, the voltages of the rechargeable battery for left and right outputs to the winding become the same as each other at the timing of supplying electric power to the winding for left and right outputs, preventing amplitude variation caused by difference between the voltages of the rechargeable battery, and thereby preventing amplitude fluctuations and whirring noise.
