摘要： An anchor UE may move or have a low transmission power and impact the accuracy of positioning estimates of a target UE based on measurements of the PRSs associated with the anchor UE. One or more candidate anchor UEs may be selected or excluded from being used for positioning based on one or more of a measurement quality metric of a position measurement of a candidate anchor UE, a mobility status of the candidate anchor UE, or a GDOP associated with the candidate anchor UE. A mobility status of the candidate anchor UE may be derived from reported positions of the candidate anchor UE or obtained from the candidate anchor UE. A UE selected as an anchor UE is used for positioning of a target UE, and a UE downselected from being an anchor UE is excluded from use for positioning of the target UE.

The unicast message may be multiplexed on one or more resources of a resource set associated with transmitting the multicast message. The method also includes transmitting, to the group of UEs, the multiplexed unicast and multicast messages. The method further includes receiving, from the second UE, one or more hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback messages including first HARQ feedback for the unicast message and second HARQ feedback for the multicast message based on transmitting the multiplexed unicast and multicast messages.
