    摘要： Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving control information for receiving a service in a broadcast communication system. The method includes inserting first control information for receiving at least one different service at a next frame in each of multiple service data pieces of a current frame and transmitting a frame including the first control information, making it possible to efficiently transmit and receive a frame, which includes multiple services configured through a combination of one or more radio frequencies, and thereby enabling rapid receiving of a switched service in the case of service switching.

    摘要： A signal transmission apparatus in a communication system is disclosed. A channel interleaver generates an interleaved vector by channel-interleaving a Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codeword according to a channel interleaving rule, and a modulator generates a modulation symbol by modulating the interleaved vector according to a modulation scheme. The channel interleaving rule is one of a first channel interleaving rule and a second channel interleaving rule. The first channel interleaving rule is a rule for setting degree distribution for nodes in a factor graph of the LDPC codeword separately for individual levels supported by the modulation scheme. The second channel interleaving rule is a rule for allowing coded bits included in the LDPC codeword to be interleaved according to an unequal error characteristic of the modulation scheme.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a communication system are provided. The signal transmission apparatus generates a parity check matrix for an LDPC code in accordance with a code rate to be used and generates a codeword vector by encoding an information vector using the parity check matrix. When the code rate is a first code rate, the signal transmission apparatus generates a first parity check matrix as the parity check matrix for the LDPC code. When the code rate is the second code rate, the signal transmission apparatus generates a second parity check matrix supporting a second code rate lower than the first code rate by adding columns of a degree of 1 and columns of a degree of 2 to the first parity check matrix and generates the second parity check matrix as the parity check matrix for the LDPC code.
