摘要： A multiplate clutch outer part is formed by pressing a steel plate. The multiplate clutch outer part includes: an end wall portion; and a cylindrical portion having its one end formed continuously with the outer peripheral end of the end wall portion, and opened at the other end. A bottom face of each of outer grooves is formed to be an inclined face which is getting far away from an axis of the cylindrical portion toward the open end of the cylindrical portion. Arc faces formed at inner corners of each of the outer grooves has an increasing radius of curvature toward the open end of the cylindrical portion. Thus, there is provided a multiplate clutch outer part for which press working capable of minimizing ironing resistance can be performed to reduce defective forming rate.

摘要： A color image of a circuit board is divided into respective color regions. Plural representative colors are set, and angle indices and distance indices are calculated for each pixel color in the color image in a predetermined color space. The angle indices for a particular pixel color represent angles between an individual color vector representing the particular pixel color and plural representative color vectors of the plural representative colors. The distance indices for a particular pixel color represent distances between the particular pixel color and the plural representative colors. Composite distance indices are then calculated for each pixel color in the color image, based on the distance indices and the angle indices. Each pixel in the color image is classified into plural representative color regions associated with the plural representative colors according to the composite distance indices, thereby dividing the image region of the color image into the plural representative color regions.

摘要： In a motor, a shaft passes through a magnet of a rotor and is fixed to the magnet by way of a rotor sleeve formed by resin-molding between the magnet and the shaft. A resin-molded boss is fixed to a front end of a stator, has a center hole, and defines an inner surface continuous from the center hole and beveled so as to obliquely face a front end of the rotor sleeve. A plurality of bearing balls are rotatably disposed between the front end of the rotor sleeve and the beveled inner surface of the boss, thereby constituting a ball bearing which rotatably supports the shaft. Thus, the shaft is prevented from bowing, whereby the motor achieves a high rotational accuracy of the shaft without an additional bearing attached separately.

摘要： In a reference binary image representing a pattern including wires formed on a substrate, an erosion is performed on a specific area having the same pixel value as a pixel value corresponding to a wire area to acquire an eroded image and a dilation is performed on the specific area which remains in the eroded image to almost the same degree as the erosion to acquire an eroded and dilated image. Subsequently, a differential image between the eroded and dilated image and the reference binary image is generated as a wire image representing a wire area. It is thereby possible to easily extract a wire area which is a fine pattern area. By setting respective different defect detection sensitivities for the wire area and the other area on the basis of the wire image and detecting a defect in an inspection image in accordance with the defect detection sensitivities, it is possible to appropriately detect a defect in a pattern on a substrate.
