摘要: Provided is an exhaust gas treating tower in which exhaust gas flow velocity is increased more than a prior art case so that exhaust gas treating efficiency can be enhanced or the exhaust gas treating tower can be made compact if equivalent performance is to be maintained. Also, an exhaust gas treating tower ensuring a liquid recovery is provided. In an exhaust gas treating tower 10A, liquid columns C are generated and also a liquid drop generating member 20 is provided to thereby generate liquid drops M therearound to be floated. Also, liquid is spouted from spray nozzles to thereby generate liquid films F in area different from the liquid columns C. In an exhaust gas treating tower 110, a liquid drop eliminator 120 is provided upstream of a mist eliminator 118. Interval P1 of collecting plates 121 of the liquid drop eliminator 120 is made larger than interval P2 of collecting plates 119 of the mist eliminator 118. Thereby, liquid drops having larger particle diameter contained in the exhaust gas are collected by the liquid drop eliminator 120.

摘要: In a perfume information processing system, a WEB server that provides contents containing perfume information, a perfume inquiry server that generates a perfume conversion table, and multiple clients that each includes a perfume emitting device are connected to a network. Each client sends information showing a perfume that should be emitted and information showing each stored perfume of its corresponding perfume emitting device to the perfume inquiry server and retrieves a perfume conversion table for converting the perfume that should be emitted into information showing a stored perfume. The client converts the perfume information contained in the contents retrieved from the WEB server into perfume information by referring to the perfume conversion table and controls perfume emission by the corresponding perfume emitting device based on the perfume information, thereby performing perfume emission.

摘要: The invention relates to a rotating electric machine including (a) a rotor having a rotating shaft; (b) a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft; (c) a radiation resistant grease applied to the bearing; and (d) a shield layer for shielding the grease from radiation. The shield layer is made of lead and surrounds the bearing. The shield layer includes (1) a first cylindrical shield member that is positioned to cover the bearing, such that the bearing is shielded from a first radiation that is in a direction substantially perpendicular to an axis of the rotating shaft, and (2) second and third disk shield members that are positioned to interpose therebetween the bearing in a direction along the axis of the rotating shaft, such that the bearing is shielded from a second radiation that is in a direction substantially along the axis of the rotating shaft. Thus, the rotor of this rotating electric machine is stably supported in the bearing for a long time even under a highly radioactive environment. That is, the rotating electric machine can be rotated stably for a long time.
