摘要: A busbar includes a battery connecting portion and a wire connecting portion as a circuit body connecting portion. The battery connecting portion connects electrodes of two batteries to each other. The wire connecting portion is continued to the battery connecting portion, and connected directly with an electric wire so as to overlap a core wire of an electric wire thereon. The wire connecting portion includes a welding portion which the core wire of the electric wire is welded to, and a bridge portion connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion. A cross-sectional area of the bridge portion along an intersecting direction intersecting a direction of connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion is formed to be smaller than a cross-sectional area of the welding portion along the intersecting direction.

摘要: A downsized, low-cost connector which can prevent an external force applied to an electric wire from transmitting to an electrical connection portion is provided. The connector includes a terminal connected to an end of an electric wire and a housing receiving the terminal. The terminal includes an electrical connection portion and a wire connection portion electrically connected with a mating terminal and a core wire of the electric wire, respectively. The wire connection portion includes a bottom wall positioning the core wire of the electric wire on a surface thereof and a pair of crimping pieces crimped to the core wire. The housing includes: a housing main body arranged to receive an end of the electric wire and the terminal connected thereto; and a cover body mounted to the housing main body so as to sandwich the electric wire between the cover body and the housing main body.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a battery connecting structure to prevent a joint between a terminal and an electric wire from getting wet with water. The battery connecting structure includes a plurality of bus bars connecting a plurality of batteries in series by connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the adjacent battery, said batteries overlapped with each other in a manner that the positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged in the straight line alternately; a plurality of terminals respectively overlapped with each bus bar; a plurality of electric wires respectively connected with each terminal; and a plate receiving them. The plate includes a plurality of first receiving portion for receiving each bus bar and each terminal overlapped with the bus bar, a second receiving portion for receiving the electric wires connected to each terminal, and a plurality of third receiving portion for leading each electric wire connected to each terminal from each first receiving portion to the second receiving portion. Further, a bus bar connecting and a wire connecting portions of each terminal are received in each first receiving portion.

摘要: A bus bar 3 connects in series the plurality of batteries 10 by connecting a positive electrode 12 with a negative electrode 13 in each of the adjacent batteries. A terminal 4 is connected to the bus bar, and to which an electric wire is attached. The bus bar 3 and the terminal 4 are integrally formed with each other with a coupling portion 9. Further, the terminal 4 includes at least a pair of press-connecting blades 42d for cutting through an insulating cover of an electric wire 5 and press-contacting a core wire of the electric wire 5 when the electric wire 5 is press-fitted into between the press-connecting blades 42d.

摘要: There is provided a structure for connecting a wiring member to a bus bar in which smooth connection is enabled while ensuring high reliability. In an end portion of a bus bar, a soldering portion which is smaller in cross-sectional area than the bus bar is formed. A connection projecting piece which is raised up in a pin-like manner is formed on the soldering portion. The connection projecting piece is passed through a connection hole which is formed in a connection end of a branch wiring portion of a wiring member configured by a flexible printed circuit board. The connection projecting piece which is passed through the connection hole is soldered to a circuit pattern.

摘要: A power supply apparatus is equipped an assembled battery, a case that accommodates the assembled battery, and a connecting mechanism that is attached to an outside of the case, wherein the connecting mechanism connects two selected cells. The connecting mechanism includes a fixation portion and a disconnection portion. The fixation portion includes a first conductive plate that is directly connected to a positive electrode terminal of one of the two selected cells, and a second conductive plate that is directly connected to a negative electrode terminal of the other of the two selected cells, wherein the fixation portion is attached to the case. The disconnection portion is removable from the fixation portion, electrically connects the first conductive plate to the second conductive plate when attached to the fixation portion, and electrically disconnects the first conductive plate from the second conductive plate when removed from the fixation portion.
